Nestled directly on a stunning sandy beach, Hale Pau Hana is a boutique complex offering convenience and amenities within minutes of your reach. Centrally located and meticulously appointed, our lovely beachfront complex sits between two popular golden sandy swimming and snorkel beaches, Kamaole I and Kamaole II, providing you with every accessory for beachside fun.

Unit 21 at Hale Pau Hana is a stunning full ocean-view condo, newly equipped with AC throughout for an ultra-cool stay. This one-bedroom apartment is bright and airy, featuring a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom offers tub and shower options and is supplied with a hairdryer.

Embark on an active vacation with a variety of water sports, from stand-up paddling, surfing, scuba diving, to snorkeling, exploring the lush variety of tropical sea life. Guests have access to a picnic and BBQ area for preparing island-fresh dishes, and an outdoor heated saltwater pool awaits for a refreshing dip.

Your comfort is our priority—beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella in your condo contribute to a marvelous sun-kissed day by the pool. Relax to the tropical breeze and the soothing sound of waves, breathing in the pure, salty ocean air.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely condo and beach. No need to drive except to explore. Binoculars would have been nice to see the whales. Also instructions for appliances as we never did get the dishwasher to work.

Great location on the ocean, but no cleaning supplies.

We stayed one month in this condo. Fantastic location on the beach and could listen to the waves all night long. We requested a DVD and the manager had one waiting for us and when we needed help getting it to work, we had very quick service. Since we were staying one month, I expected to do some cleaning. But apart from dish and laundry detergent, there were no cleaning supplies - no bathroom or kitchen cleaners, no anti-bacterial cleaners, nothing. I called housekeeping and requested some kind of bathroom cleaner, but got no response at all. So we ended up having to buy our own. I should mention this is the only unit in this large complex that is not maintained by the property maintenance, so no going to the complex office and asking for cleaning solution or help of any kind. I don't know what would happen if there was a real emergency.

We've been going to Maui and staying in Kihei in the same place for 20 years. We'll never stay in this unit again. Moved after 2 days. Condo was lacking... just about everything. 18" of closet space only after we cleared out a vacuum cleaner, step stool, ironing board and brooms. Had to use the ironing board as a table because there was no place to put anything down. Had to request kitchen towels, a bath mat, ant killer, a laundry basket, swiffer, entry rug, etc. There are no hooks around for towels, bathing suits... No ice maker. The bed was super uncomfortable and when I asked them to rotate it, they flipped it instead. So the 2nd (last) night we slept on the underside of the mattress (not designed to be flipped). We've never stayed in a more poorly equipped condo on the island. The only good thing is customer service was quick to respond to emails and texts and refunded our money for the duration after the 2 days.

Fabulous stay in Kihei

We were so happy with our stay! The proximity to the beach is amazing, with the ability to run up and down to the condo in just a few seconds from the beach. The condo is also located next to a bunch of food options, so you can walk to get many types of food, as well as a small grocery store!

This is our third stay in Kihei at a VRBO. We loved this one . Close to the water, perfect grassy knoll to lounge on in front of our room. The only thing which was a little sketch was the toilet. It would start to fill like it was going to overflow ( it never did) but it would empty so slow it seemed like it was always a roll of the dice.
