Convenient Laundry: Upstairs, you'll find a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.
Balconies and Porch: "A Beach Life" boasts three balconies and a delightful front porch with a cozy sitting area, offering serene spots to enjoy the sea breeze.
Bedroom Configuration: The property features three well-appointed bedrooms. On the bottom floor, you'll discover a bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom, a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. Just down the hall, another bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. This room also has a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony.

Central Location: Situated in the heart of town, "A Beach Life" offers convenient access to all the area's attractions and amenities. The beautiful beach is a short drive or walk away, and you're within easy reach of the best souvenir shops and delicious seafood restaurants that the area has to offer.
Winter Season Reservations: Please note that any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two months) minimum stay. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management.

After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Professionally managed by Poole and Associates: With a history of helping families "take home a sand pail filled with great memories" since 1998, Poole and Associates take pride in ensuring that your beach experience is unforgettable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction keeps visitors returning year after year.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. A maximum of 2 parking passes per unit is allowed.
Linens are provided; however, please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, which comprises hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Policies:
To rent "A Beach Life," guests must be at least 25 years of age or older.
Photo identification is required at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Call for monthly "Snowbird" rates November through February!

Our vacation rental was fantastic! The pool in the backyard was a major highlight, and we also loved having a sand volleyball court right there. The place was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed to get started. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the key return process. Most places now use key codes, which are much more convenient.

Great location! Outstanding accommodations!

The house was great and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, restaurants and plenty to do in the area within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great!! Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, and easy beach access! It was spacious and very clean! There were several beach toys and a buggy for carrying our beach stuff back and forth! Will definitely stay again!!

Great family vacation

Location is great, so convenient to get to the beach and tons of restaurants. Grocery stores are just a short drive. The spacious bunk beds made traveling with kids easy, and the pool was a big hit! I cant wait to stay at this property again.

Family Time in Gulf Shores

Our families met in Gulf Shores to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our group. We had ample space, and were located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the backyard sand volleyball court and gas fire pit.

Loved this place!

We had a great stay at this property and the back hangout area was perfect! My boyfriend asked me to be his wife in the sand area by the fire pit! The rooms were all spacious for all 9 of us. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and our 4 friends all stayed here. Plenty of room, across from the beach with a liquor store in the middle. Great restaurants near by. The property was clean. Had a pool and beach volleyball. Just a great lovely time. I will look at booking here again for sure in the future

You won't be disappointed!

The property looked exactly as pictured and is well kept. Conveniently located. A short walk to the beach, dining, shopping, and the Hangout. There is a pool on-site and sand volleyball. Property management very helpful and easy to contact.

Awesome place!

We lived the unit. We were there for a girls weekend. We had 9 people, very comfortable. Pool was so nice! Location is awesome, walk to everything (most importantly the beach!). Parking for 4 cars. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Great location!

We stayed here this past week and thoroughly enjoyed it. You cannot beat the location. The place was clean. Could walk everywhere which we loved. Check in could be updated with adding keyless entry and use a code. They could give you a few more bath towels and dish cloths but not a biggie dollar general is right up the road. I would definitely come back and stay here.
