The home also offers two balconies. One is on the main floor for get togethers and relaxing. The one upstairs is off of the main bedroom, so you can sit outdoors and enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.

You will feel welcome in this newly constructed luxury residence, completed in 2023, offering an ideal beach experience for both your family and friends. The first level boasts a great open area that includes a large comfortable living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV featuring Cable, perfect for feeling at home with your friends and family enjoying your favorite movies or TV shows. Double doors in the kitchen and living room to the balcony provide a view of the pool and a great breeze, which will enhance your stay.

The dining area comfortably accommodates six people, supplemented by additional seating for four at the bar. The kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your family. Use the blender and the commercial ice maker to make drinks for your enjoyment.
