Welcome to BEACH TIME, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf Shores home offering a relaxing coastal escape. This inviting retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with partial views of both the Gulf of Mexico and lagoon from three balconies.



Designed for family fun and relaxation, the home offers a spacious layout with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and VCR/DVD player, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.



Step outside to enjoy the private fenced saltwater pool, approximately 6 feet deep, and a grilling area under the home for outdoor meals. Covered parking is available beneath the home, with additional non-covered parking in the driveway.



Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, Beach Time offers comfort, convenience, and classic Gulf Coast charm for a memorable stay.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events.



PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies. Limit and size restrictions may apply. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our getaway so much! The house was well maintained and exactly as the listing described! It was located perfectly from stores and restaurants wich was such a convenience with out 4 kids! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Finally out of quarantine & the perfect first place to go! We love the beach! This house was PERFECT & having a private pool was absolutely the best thing ever! Such easy reservations online & loved the key code pad! Will definitely stay here again! Sunset Properties was the best company I have worked with since coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach every summer for the past 30 years!

Great location with lots of dust

The house is in a great location, on a quiet street and within walking of the beach. The house itself could use some TLC. It was very dusty, the floors were not clean and dishes were put away dirty. Several plates and cups were chipped. The house does not come with extra supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, hand soap, etc.

Thank you for leaving a review. If you had contacted us, we could have sent housekeeping back if something was overlooked. We do include in the pre arrival info what we include as far as toilet paper and trash bags go, so sorry if you missed that.

The house was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the kids. We only had a few request. Please provide paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and umbrellas at the pool. July is too hot to not have an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Mr. and Mrs. Miller

Beautiful house in a great location

The house was in excellent condition and very clean. The pool was a very welcome addition. The location is great- beach access is very easy once you have the lay of the land. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the owners, is that we visited over spring break and the rental property next door happened to house a group of loud spring-breakers partying until 1am each night which sometimes made getting my kids to sleep an issue. Again, not an issue with the property owners, but something to be aware of during the Spring Break period. I'd love to come again outside of spring break.

Sufficient and good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place meets the needs if you're just looking for a place to put your head down. Location is one block off the beach and you have a privet pool which is nice. The house itself is lacking. Furnishings are outdated and uncomfortable. Even the cushions on the deck have nothing left in them, but the beds were sufficient. Ceiling fans and vents have a lot of dust on them so room for improvement but overall it was "clean". Happy to have in unit washer and dryer. Quick response when dishwasher was leaking.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. I feel that the cleaning company needs to be more thorough. We had multiple fake eyelashes laying around the house including on the pillow in one of the twin beds. There was also sand on the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out and it was enough that we took the cover off and took it outside to shake it all out. The pool was very nice but would have been nicer if the light in it worked so we could have been able to see better after dark when swimming.

Winter Getaway

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Beach Time for an impromptu vacation over the winter holiday - we may have been the first visitors since the hurricanes came through this fall. The property is in a perfect location for a quick walk to the beach - location, location, location! Don't plan to swim in the pool outside during the winter - it is not heated and was very cold (and had accumulated a lot of dirt in the bottom). Also, if you plan to cook yourself, this may not be the best home - we realized by Night 2 that the kitchen lacked a knife that could actually cut and many needed items (i.e. cookie sheet or any type of tray) for putting together a meal. Also, plan to go to the store to pick up toilet paper (only one roll per bathroom provided), paper towels (none provided), dish soap (none provided), dishwasher detergent (enough for two loads of detergent provided) etc. We reached out to property manager upon arrival to note some issues. Most were resolved the next day, although the missing power cord for the TV was not provided, so a TV was unusable. We enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores greatly, and this was a great location for us since we spent time every day at the beach.

Beach Time, where vacation doesn't mean going broke!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly we booked this as a last minute replacement for Florida and it was pretty fun! My vibe is Sanibel, so the area was a touch bigger than expected but the cities do a nice job of adding spots to turn around or park. Beach Time was nice, but I am glad it was just my husband and myself as the upstairs shower didn't seem to work right nor did the upstairs count as the temp control as it was much warmer upstairs. Again, didn't matter to us but slightly inconvenient. Maybe this is just me being old school: but I really missed a guest book! They have the best recommendations! So that was a bummer. I spent most the trip googling places to eat and go. I do also wish they had info about the house, how to work the thermostat and if that upstairs shower has a trick to it? The pool seemed nice, it was too cold by late October for me to want anything but my feet to go in. Overall it was a lovely home base, the washer and drier were amazing! Though a bit confusing? I thought the drier was broke until my husband pushed the right button in lol. Our favorite place to eat was Lulu's! Music at night and waterfront dining! Lots of shops to check out, a must for a future snow bird like myself! We don't drink and everything closes at 5 pretty much so the days went quickly. We played mini golf every day for a week without repeating courses!

Amazing Property and Management

House was wonderful. Perfect for our family. Private pool was a treat and wonderful option to sandy beach. Sunset Property manager was a wonderful communicator and very responsive to any question. Home provided many amenities not listed. Will happily book directly again!!

Loved the private pool!

This was our second stay at this property and will likely go back next year. The private pool was perfect for us. The only complaints would be, since I live to cook for my family, the oven wasn’t working properly and the knives were terrible (next time I’ll bring my own). Also, the carpet could be cleaner, or removed all together.
