The private fully equipped extended fishing pier is perfect for sunbathing or a great fishing experience. The pier includes a large fish cleaning station, live well, rod holders, electric and water. Bring your fishing poles or use ours that are provided. The home has a bright river room that is bathed in natural light and offers a relaxing view of the bay and river in a temperature controlled environment. All three bedrooms are generously proportioned, and there is a cozy fireplace in the living room. On the outside you can sit on the back deck and enjoy the warm southern bay breezes. The home also offers an enclosed porch where you can enjoy some local steamed crabs. Life jackets, Beach Towels, Outdoor Chairs are present for enjoying the water. The community also offers a boat ramp, sand beach area, and covered picnic area. Shopping is located about 10 minutes away with groceries, restaurants, and a fully supplied fishing/tackle/bait shop.
