This 2br/1ba unit is fully tiled and with recent updates including new Smart TV in living room (user account required), furniture, paint, bedding, and kitchen utensils. Fully equipped with all appliances, 3 flat screen-TVs, (3)DVD, D/W, W/D and refrigerator WITHOUT icemaker.

Recently renovated bathroom with new tub, fixtures, tiled enclosure, upgraded plumbing, and vanity!

Condo was clean and in order. I've stayed at this property a few times and this was the cleanest it's been. We couldn't get the lock on the patio door to work, but it's on the 2nd floor so we didn't worry about it too much. We had an awesome stay and would defiantly stay here again. You can't beat the view and how close it is to the beach!1

Great location

Right on the beach, with a convenient grocery store across the street. We loved our stay here at Gulf Shores and plan to go back.

Great location ON the beach; 2 stoplights away from Hwy 59

Loved being right on the beach. Great location; 2 stop lights down the road from Hwy 59. The room was just what we needed. Loved having a W/D and balcony big enough to walk around.

Best Seafood Ever!!

Property was super clean! The stairs were great exercise but easy!! The beach and white sands was AMAZING! We had a large family in 3 condos and there was something for everyone to do daily! Cooking out was fun too! Weather was fantastic!! Come here… you’ll love it!!

Excellent location. Great for small family.

Location is unbeatable, as good as it gets. Property could use a really nice deep clean when the peak season is over, but understandable considering we went over the 4th of July Holiday. Also, the bedframe in the spare bedroom needs to be replaced ASAP. Overall, great value for the price and would definitely do it again if opportunity presents itself.

Nice place

We had a nice stay in Harbor House B4. I wish we didn’t have to go to a different location to get a key to access the condo though. It would be nice if a lockbox was used or a coded door lock. That’s what our friends had in their condos at Harbor House. It would have made the checkin and checkout process more convenient. Overall a good stay. Thank you.

B4 condo

We loved the location and balcony. We liked having a parking spot under where we were staying but everyone walks thru to get to the pool and beach. Our car was scratched from people walking thru with chairs, cooler and umbrellas. Also on the day we left it stormed and the 2nd bedroom had a large leak from the ceiling onto the bed.

Great Location

The bad - Property overall is a little dated. Looks like the exterior could use some updating. Not as clean as we would have liked. Parking was convenient under the unit, as others have stated the downside to this is people are walking by your car to get to the beach access. The good - Location is wonderful, you’re literally steps from the beach. Unit has just about everything inside you would need for your stay. We would stay here again, the value is tough to beat.

Really nice place!

2 of the 3 of us that rented this condo were very ill with flu. The management was kind enough to let us occupy early. Very appreciated! One night in the very comfortable beds, and they were almost good as new. The view is remarkable. The bathroom was very nice, it looked brand new, and new floors in the condo. A nice comfortable sofa, a table outside on the deck with 4 chairs for al fresco dining. Plenty of cooking utensils, plates, flatware and drinkware. We enjoyed our stay at Harbor House B4 very much!

Beautiful Views

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and it didn't disappoint. Condo was perfect location with excellent views of the water and dolphins playing. Being just steps away from the beach and pool was amazing. I don't have many negatives but I would have preferred keyless entry keeping up with keys isn't ideal. Also the WiFi wasn't very good was hit and miss. The lighting on the stairs is very poor and I missed a step in the dark and fell. Overall I recommend staying there. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

I’m not one to bash but think these thinks need to be said. First off the floors had sand all over them when we arrived. There were socks laying on the back of the chair that DID NOT belongs to us, but we’re there when we got there. And there was also a bag of dirty towels on the end table in the living room upon our arrival. The location was great! We had access to everything g we needed and more. Oh, and the thing in the dryer that catches the lent was also messed up and it took forever for our clothes to dry!

Alabama Vacation 2022

We had a blast! Although for some reason the water at the beach wasn’t at all what we expected. We came from Texas for our first vacation and we have a 10, 9, and 5 year old who all loved it! The rental property was good. Loved the view from balcony! We loved it and will have to come another time when the water gets clear.

Convenient and easy

The condos are smaller compared to the larger ones in the area but we loved being on the beach in just a minute. It was easy to access the condo from the beach for the kids and the beach was less crowded as well. Parking was shaded and ride under our condo making it nice to have your own parking spot.

Perfect location!

Gulfsands was very helpful with the transaction and check in process. Listing was everything we expected and more. We hope to stay here again! Balcony was so nice to watch the sunrise and set!

Family Beach Vacation

My husband and our two children, ages 12 and 16 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbor House B4. The property was clean and well kept and the balcony was very spacious. The only con we found was there are no elevators. This wasn’t a problem for us, but could have been had my parents vacationed with us like the normally do. We enjoyed having such a short walk from the complex to the beach. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Great apartment with great view

This was a very awesome stay. The view was great! Right on the beach, the apartment had everything someone might need. Zero complaint. Close to grocery stores and restaurants as well.
