While the sandy beach beckons, the new private swimming pool, complete with ample lounge chairs, just might be the most enticing waterfront spot to bask in the sun's rays, especially when there’s a shaded tiki bar to quench your thirst with a refreshing beverage. The ground level also features a fish-cleaning station and an outdoor shower.

All of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level. A king bedroom and queen bedroom that share a Jack-and-Jill bath face the ocean, with access to a deck featuring a five-person hot tub. Another queen and a room with two single bunkbeds and a trundle bed, plus a full hallway bathroom and a laundry room, are also on this level. All of the bedrooms feature TVs and new beds and mattresses.

The second level features a bright and airy great room, where your spirits will soar along with the cathedral ceilings and an abundance of light that floods the space from floor-to-ceiling windows. Bring along the family dog! The Krusty Krab will be dog friendly in 2024. Looking to bring along more loved ones on your Hatteras Island getaway? The two bedrooms currently featuring single beds are being converted. One will feature a queen bed, and the other bedroom will feature two single bunk beds and one trundle bed. The southeast, ocean-facing bedroom, formerly a queen, will now feature a king bed. Room for more in 2024! All bedrooms have been freshly painted and feature new beds, mattresses, and curtains.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
