The first level has four bedrooms. The 2 oceanfront rooms share a bath, and there is a second bath off the hallway. The two queen bedrooms open directly to a sheltered, wraparound deck with great ocean-to-sound views and a hot tub. The expansive upstairs great room with cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows is light and open and offers beautiful ocean to sound views in all directions and plenty of room for reading, relaxing, or entertainment at the game table. The chef in your group will love the kitchen with handy breakfast bar, and you can watch the surf meet the shore from your dining room table. The great room opens to a wide wrap-around sundeck with furniture and seats for all directions.

The two bedrooms currently featuring single beds are being converted. One will feature a queen bed, and the other bedroom will feature two single bunk beds and one trundle bed. The southeast, ocean-facing bedroom, formerly a queen, will now feature a king bed. Room for more in 2024! All bedrooms have been freshly painted and feature new beds, mattresses, and curtains.
New for 2023: New great room furniture. New quilts, lamps, and art throughout.

This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
