Enjoy the charm of a private inn experience with 8 guest rooms, each with its own private bathroom, giving everyone their own comfortable space while still gathering together under one roof. Every room features a queen bed, with one room also offering a pull-out couch. Two cots are available upon request if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals together. During your stay, we provide local farm-fresh eggs, locally made bread from Wide Awake Bakery, butter, jam, half-and-half, coffee, and tea. You'll also find a well-stocked kitchen with everyday essentials, including hand soap, plastic wrap, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, and other items to make cooking and cleanup easy.

In addition to the kitchen table (seating for 10), there's a formal dining room that comfortably seats up to 14 guests.

Walk down to the dock and enjoy direct access to beautiful Cayuta Lake. Spend your days swimming, relaxing by the water, or exploring the shoreline. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Gather on the back patio for meals, conversations, and sunset views. Guests have access to back patio seating with an outdoor dining table, a propane grill for outdoor cooking, and a lakeside fire pit surrounded by 12 Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. Firewood is available.

Our location makes it easy to experience some of the best the Finger Lakes has to offer. We're just 25 minutes from Ithaca, 15 minutes from Watkins Glen, and close to numerous wineries, breweries, restaurants, hiking trails, and scenic destinations.
