Experience true beachfront living at Sunrise Beach Resort from the 16th floor with unobstructed Gulf views and direct access to Panama City Beach’s white-sand shoreline. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities—ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the Gulf from above, then head down to the beach where complimentary beach service (March 15 – October 31) allows you to reserve two chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost. After a day in the sun, unwind in one of two outdoor pools (one heated) or relax in the two outdoor hot tubs.

Inside, the condo features a thoughtfully designed layout with two full bathrooms, cable TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi, making it just as comfortable for longer stays as it is for a beach getaway. Covered parking is available for guest use (parking fee charged per vehicle).

Whether you’re planning a summer vacation, a fall escape, or a quieter winter retreat, this beachfront condo delivers the views, amenities, and location that make Panama City Beach unforgettable.

wonderful beach getaway

The condo is very beautiful and the view is to die for. Our only negative was the elevators. There were 4, so I thought that would make it better, but verry slow and always super crowded. We left on Friday to avoid the rush, but still had to wait for 4 elevators to go by before we could get in one.

Communication

The check in process was quick and easy and the cleanliness of the condo was good. I rented this place for my sister in law under my name (the owner became aware of the situation). My biggest complaint is the communication with the owner. She was very inconsiderate and rude. If she doesn’t want kids to be in her condo she needs to make people very aware of her conditions. Overall my experience was pretty negative because the place was not kid friendly. The main reason we go on vacation is for our kids to enjoy their time.

Clean condo, good location!

We had everything we needed for our family of 6 for a week at the beach. The beach chair rentals was a nice plus. We have stayed at this resort before and this was the cleanest condo and updated nicely!

Super nice Condo! Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy communication between owner. She answered Emails very promptly. I would recommend this Condo to anyone!

Best Views & Clean Stay

Working with Sherri leading up to our trip was great. She was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with any information we may need. MiMi was also great to work with. She did our grocery pick up so everything was in the room when we checked in. Not having to go to the grocery made things so much easier when traveling with a 20-month old! Getting in to the property was very easy using the keypad. The unit had just been painted the week before we came, but everything was clean and put back together for our arrival! There were ample supplies to get our trip started. We went down to the beach the next morning to reserve our two chairs for the week. That process was also very easy. And our chair-mates were very nice :) The property is close to everything you may need. We did a lot of walking to restaurants and shops, and the beach access is VERY easy to get to. I love that the boardwalk has the showers and hoses to rinse off before going inside. It made things a lot easier. One thing we were very disappointed about was the lack of mask wearing in the elevators. This obviously is no reflection on the unit or Sherri. But even the security guard who was in the elevator with us was not wearing a mask--even though there was a sign clearly stating masks are required in the elevators. It was uncomfortable at times. But it was the same situation all over PCB. We were usually the only ones wearing a mask wherever we went.

Annual PCB Vacation

We have been going to PCB every year for over 20 years. This is the first time we have stayed at Shari’s property but we will be back! The personal touches of Naomi & Shari, along with the location & immaculately cleaned condo, made our vacation stress free and relaxing. This is one of the best condos, if not the best, we have ever stayed in! We highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation.

The Calm Life ROCKS!

Sheri has created the most wonderful escape from everyday life. The property is centrally located, beachfront with fantastic amenities. No matter what your vacation goals are - relaxation, shopping, nightlife - everything is right there. The condo is perfect, and Naomi is a phone call away if there are any problems (not likely) or if you have questions about attractions, restaurants or local information. Our family visits every year, and providing this review makes me want to go back tomorrow! This property is much more than just a corporate rental; stay one time, and you are part of The Calm Life family. Thank you so much, Sheri, for providing an experience my family looks forward to all year.

Perfect view, and perfect condo.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay here. It has absolutely everything that you need for a perfect weekend. The only thing that bothered us was that on two mornings there was drilling or some loud noise in the upstairs apartment. It was on and off for about 2-3 hours for two mornings. Besides this everything else was perfect.

Perfect! Clean and reasonably priced!

My husband and I come to PCB once a year, got married there 7 years ago! We love PCB! We have stayed at many places in search for that place we would like to come back to year after year but have never found a place that we both liked until this year! Sherri was great I had questions and she always got back with me. Naomi was fantastic also she checked to make sure we got settled in and seemed to really care about our needs and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for the week we stayed! I do not think that you would be disappointed! Thank you ladies for exceptional customer service!

Great Condo in a Great Location!

The condo was exactly as it is pictured and was a perfect fit for 2 adults & 2 kids. The location of this complex is perfect to be able to walk to several attractions and the view of the PCB fireworks was AMAZING!

Great family vacation! Loved the condo!

Came down for a vacation with our 20 year old son for a week and loved the condo! It is exactly as pictures show and has awesome view from 16th floor. Very clean and resort is very nice. I highly recommend this condo and will look forward to returning in future.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view!

The condo was beautiful and so clean. We had everything we needed while there and having the beach chairs included were a definite plus. Our three girls are already asking to go back and want to stay in this exact condo again. Sheri and Naomi were great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that is headed to Panama City!

Perfect stay at Sunrise

Loved our stay in 1606. This was our second year staying here. Naomi did an excellent job having everything very clean and ready when we arrived. Sheri is very nice and trustworthy, talked with her several times before our trip. My daughter loved having her own full size bed instead of the hall bunks. We will definitely stay here again when we take our vacations at Panama City M Sampson, Greenville KY

Perfect!

Four of us stayed in the condo, and it was really great! The beds were comfortable (my biggest "want" on a vacation). We had everything we needed and more. Admittedly, we spent most of our time outside, but when we were inside it was wonderful! Naomi called and checked on us a couple of times which was very nice, and we even received a thoughtful gift from her and Sheri. Make this condo your next vacation rental. You won't regret it!
