Spectacular beach view and western setting sun - easy walk to Pier Park!

This unit comes with all the amenities necessary for you to have a memorable vacation. The 2/2 unit is extremely spacious so everyone will have plenty of room. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and are supported by two full baths.
The Hot water heater is new.
The Heating and Air Conditioning unit is new.
The kitchen has been recently updated with all new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for meal and beverage preparation.
The washer and dryer are excellent LG full sized units.
Flat screen TVs are located in the Living Room (wide screen) and in the two bedrooms.
Internet connection is available and instructions are included in the welcome binder inside the condominium.
The balcony view of the Gulf and extensive pearly white beach is absolutely breathtaking.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located on the beach with direct access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a nominal daily fee.
Families and Snowbirds are welcome. No smoking and no pets.

We stayed a week at Tidewater and loved the condo itself. It was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Butch and Georgie were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The only downside was the pool—it was freezing, so we hardly used it. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and we'd happily come back

This place was amazing! The beach and the views from the condo were breathtaking taking! Just the little things were amazing, like getting up and having coffee on the balcony early in the morning with the beautiful beach and amazing breeze were so relaxing. Our family really enjoyed this place! It’s so close to everything we wanted to do and conveniently located not far from Pier Park. The condo clean and beautiful as well. It had all the amenities and then some. The Hosts were absolutely fantastic and we will be going to come back again!

Everything was perfect and just as described. Owner was amazing to deal with. The view from balcony is one of the best ive ever seen at sunset! Would 100% stay there again and plan to next time im down that wat. Thanks for a GREAT week!!!

This was a nice condo with great ocean views. Make sure you pre-register24 hours prior to arrival or you will pay 60 for arm bands instead of 59.

From the booking to arriving back home the communication could not have been better. The condo was very clean, roomy and comfortable. I loved the large windows which had spectacular views! This resort has everything that you need and very convenient to shopping and restaurants, will definitely stay here again!

Great view and cozy stay!

We stated for a week and during our stay it was great! The communication was perfect prior to the stay and the listing was exactly what we wanted! The views, location, and condo was outstanding! I would recommend staying here!

Family Beach Vacation

The living area has many windows and is very bright and cheery all day. The unit is on the 22nd floor, so the view is incredible. The two recliners are very nice for spending time in the unit. Often rental condos have cheap uncomfortable furniture. Warning if you have never been in a high rise resort condo, waiting for elevators can be annoying. They can cycle through and be full, and be full again when they come back. However, I fully recommend!

Thank you Mark. We invest annually in making our place as comfortable as we can make it. I am also encouraged that new leadership has implemented an aggressive plan of restoring all 7 elevators in the tower, which is underway as four have been completed with a fifth projected to finish by early summer. The remaining two are operational but will benefit from restoration. Additionally both elevators serving the parking deck have been fully restored.

Beautiful Getaway

What a great condo and great vacation! It was clean and very nice. Many things were upgraded. The owner was fantastic to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

What an amazing stay! This property is phenomenal! Right on the beach, Great view, and everything we needed. We had great communication with the owner prior and during our trip. She was so very kind and informative. Such a pleasure to have stayed here and hoping to make a return trip!

As we begin this new chapter in our lives, we wish to make available to others our nicely appointed condo, which has a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf and its endless white sand beaches. Having traveled extensively, rest assured that few oceanic settings can rival this Gulf setting where you can easily see God's handiwork on a daily basis.

The views of the crystal clear Gulf and sterling white sandy beach are what sold us this property without question. If you stayed in this condo and never went to the beach, you would still leave PCB having enjoyed your stay because of the spectacular views.
