Spectacular beach view and western setting sun - easy walk to Pier Park!

This unit comes with all the amenities necessary for you to have a memorable vacation. The 2/2 unit is extremely spacious so everyone will have plenty of room. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and are supported by two full baths.
The Hot water heater is new.
The Heating and Air Conditioning unit is new.
The kitchen has been recently updated with all new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for meal and beverage preparation.
The washer and dryer are excellent LG full sized units.
Flat screen TVs are located in the Living Room (wide screen) and in the two bedrooms.
Internet connection is available and instructions are included in the welcome binder inside the condominium.
The balcony view of the Gulf and extensive pearly white beach is absolutely breathtaking.
Tidewater Beach Resort is located on the beach with direct access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a nominal daily fee.
Families and Snowbirds are welcome. No smoking and no pets.

Nice place

The stay was very nice, however I never received an early check in email or text which cost me an extra 68 which I am very unhappy about. What can you do but pay it because you have already paid for the room and driven for 5 hours. Only then did I get the access code to get into the room and the lady at the front was nice enough to help me get that. Other than to have to wait for the elevators everything else was nice. Very clean condo.

Best condo ever.

It was a great place. Besides an elevator issue at first I would definitely stay here again. The Wheelers were exceptional hosts and answered questions readily. I would give 10 stars if I could. ❤️

Love this getaway

I like Tidewater. Everyone complains on the elevators and yes, its annoying, but its like that everywhere. The property is great and has everything you could need. Its walking distance to the pier and to a souvenir shop across the street. The property has an arcade and a movie theater. Once you figure out some tricks to working your vacation and thr property, its honeatly a great spot

Nice inside unit

The unit was nice. I had issues with property. The elevators are so slow and take 20-30 minutes. But biggest problem was we had 2 grapes roll off balcony and I don’t know what security guard told management but they came back and said we are evicted. He had no interest in listening to us. Don’t take food on balcony. The owner tried to work with us but we were out a lot of money and had to find a new place to stay which was outrageous last minute. This was 25th anniversary and it was ruined.

Great view and cozy stay!

We stated for a week and during our stay it was great! The communication was perfect prior to the stay and the listing was exactly what we wanted! The views, location, and condo was outstanding! I would recommend staying here!

Butch & Georgia are wonderful hosts. Both have been attentive since booking their condo. The condo is very clean & well stocked. The condo elevator wait is real 😉 but after reading the reviews, I knew to expect it. The condo is addressing the problem. They sent attendants during heavy traffic times to keep the elevators from stopping at each floor. They are also replacing two elevators soon (several were out of order). There is also road construction in front of the condo but Butch had prepared us for it & it wasn’t a big deal. We had a great, relaxing vacation! We look forward to returning!

Great place and great host!

This condo was well worth the money. Georgie was such a great host. The condo was clean, had enough towels, and was a great location. The only thing is that The Tidewater elevators are so slow. This is nothing that the host can do anything about. If you can handle that, I would definitely book this place. I would stay here again for sure!

Stay at Tidewater Resort

Overall our stay was good. The only thing the bed sheets on both beds had not been changed and were dirty. We went to the store and purchased bed linen, paper towel and tissue. There was not enough in the rooms. Floors were dusty and we had to reclean both bathrooms.

Everything about this vacation experience was perfect! Mrs. Georgie was so good to deal with. The room was clean, well furnished, and the view was to die for. Loved every day !!

Tidewater Fun

Stayed for a week with our family and a couple of friends. Condo was spacious and just right for our needs. Georgie was as accommodating as can be, and easy to get a hold of if we needed something! It was about as relaxing a vacation as we could have dreamed!

Up in the clouds

Condo is comfortable and tastefully furnished. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was key for me. Wasn't a fan of having to supply toilet paper after the initial roll in each bathroom was done but that's a minor issue. Was disappointed that the sauna and jacuzzi were both broken during the duration of our stay. Was looking forward to relaxing in them.😔

Very Well-Organized Rental Process

This is a very nice condo, that was as described in the listing. The view of the Gulf of Mexico and sunset is very nice. The strongest quality however is the unit’s owner. He is unbelievably organized and has the rental process down to an exact science. He gives explicit instructions of how to easily navigate the complex and check in without any hiccups.

As we begin this new chapter in our lives, we wish to make available to others our nicely appointed condo, which has a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf and its endless white sand beaches. Having traveled extensively, rest assured that few oceanic settings can rival this Gulf setting where you can easily see God's handiwork on a daily basis.

The views of the crystal clear Gulf and sterling white sandy beach are what sold us this property without question. If you stayed in this condo and never went to the beach, you would still leave PCB having enjoyed your stay because of the spectacular views.
