Scott Beach Villas #2

Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleep 6, Air condition, Electric Range, Microwave, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. Has a large back-up generator (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

Guest access.....
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on a 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day and do some grilling.

Neighborhood overview.......
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Getting around
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

Other things to note.........
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Fans, T.V, Showers, etc.....

Great villa.. the host takes really good care of you.. he went out of way to help us with some issues with our rental although it was not his rental. He took care of anytning we asked for in the villa too.. the villa is in a great location too .. most beaches are nearby including a secret one right beside it.. we had a really good time and definitely recommend it..

I have stayed in many condos through VRBO over the years and this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect to all.Beaches and restaurants and the condo was brand new. Dexter provided everything we needed in advance and was available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We rented a vehicle through Dexter as well. It was a Jeep Wrangler which came in handy driving on the roads in St. Thomas and St. Johnā€™s.. it was also a lot less expensive than renting through any of the major rental car companies. This was one of our best vacations ever and we are already looking forward to planning next yearā€˜s vacation and staying at one of Dexters condos.
Secret Harbor-resort. Located less than five minutes from the condo.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Thomas! The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated having all the essentialsā€”paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paperā€”so we didnā€™t have to run out and buy anything. The A/C worked great, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for our stay.We loved that the unit came with beach chairs, a cooler, and beach gearā€”it made our beach days so easy and convenient. The location was perfect: less than a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and close to plenty of restaurants. Itā€™s away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise port but still only about 15 minutes away, which was ideal.It was incredibly convenient to rent a Jeep directly from the host. We were able to explore the entire island at our own pace and even take the car ferry over to St. John for a dayā€”such a great experience!Another highlight was the pool areaā€”we had it almost entirely to ourselves every day. It was so nice to relax on the lounge chairs and unwind after exploring.Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed was on site and shopping, eateries, and beaches very close. Pool was nice and had lots of float options. Car rental with same company the best! Met at airport and dropped off there as well. Super easy!

Loved our stay. Having coffee on the balcony each morning with an ocean view was amazing. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Snorkel gear and beach towels and chairs were really useful. Would definitely stay again!

We are a family of 5 traveling to the USVI for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and tidy & had everything we needed to make it our home for 5 days including a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel equipment. We also rented a car from the owner which was much needed to get around the island though it took a little getting used to driving on the left side of the road. We enjoyed making some meals in the kitchen and hanging on the balcony watching a family of birds in a nest nearby. The pool was a nice retreat. Grills looked clean though we did not use them. Washer & dryer located outside was helpful to have. We recommend staying here & getting a car for the convenience.Ā

Home away from home

We had a great time at this location with Dexter taking us in like extended family and all other residents in their apartments had like temperments and fun vibes. The apartments had wonderful views and were very close for walkimg to market and cafe. Taxis were affordable and dexter fave us the option to rent very nice vehicles. We will be returning

25th Anniversary Getaway

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the resorts, this is your place. Apartment was very clean and Dexter was available if needed. Would recommend it.

Very clean place

Overall an excellent stay here although the water heater is shared with other tenants. Water only was warm and never hot. Wife wasnā€™t too happy about not hot shower water. Other than the water heater issue this place is awesome! ACā€™s work great, generator started instantly and ran one night on a brief power outage , place was spotless and comfy!

Wonderful condo, wonderful owner! The place was spotless upon arrival. I would highly recommend this condo. The only drawback was it wasnā€™t within walking distance to anything. Otherwise, it was perfect for my children and I.

Stay here in st Thomas

2nd time staying here. There will be a third, 4th, etc. it is close to red hook, easy to get downtown and elsewhere. Quiet location. Food center grocery is a minute away (although they are EXPENSIVE, go to Pueblo instead).

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view of the ocean bay from the balcony. Dexter the owner is so very accommodating and friendly. We even rented a car through him and it was probably the easiest experience renting a car I have ever had. We will 100% be returning, and will use this host indefinitely.

Great property

The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom and worked out great. There was 5 of us, so my daughter used the pull out. That was what you expect from a pull out couch, but there was an air mattress available. The hosr was very responsive. Loved that there was a cooler and beach chairs for us to use. Property was clean. Having a washer and dryer was a great help. Yhe ac worked great! Hope to visit again!
