The condo sleeps up to 5 people comfortably with all the amenities of home! 2 king beds plus a day bed, 2 full bathrooms (en suite), fully equipped kitchen, Maytag front loader washer & dryer, gas grill, FREE WiFi access, flat screen TVs (3) in the living room and both bedrooms. Stroll from your front door to the palm tree-lined white sand semi-private beach to swim , sunbath, and rest or cool off in the beautiful seaside pool or relax in the hot tub. Get a drink at the pool bar. Property Amenities: access to beach and beach chairs (no charge) as well as pool with grotto, waterfall, hot tub. Caribbean Fish Market Restaurant and Bar and Sangria's Restaurant are located directly on Cowpet Bay Beach. Within a five minute drive (1.5 miles) is Red Hook where you have numerous places to dine and shop as well as ride the ferry to nearby Islands including St. John. The Ritz Carlton is a short 5 minute walk from the property. Cowpet Bay West Condo is one of the prettiest and safest gated communities on St. Thomas. NO separate utility charges

Host was wonderful and our unit was very well equipped with all the amenities. Our view was perfect over looking the bay. The walk to the pool and restaurant was quiet straining but a easy 2 minute drive with plenty of parking and a amazing restaurant !!

This home away from home was so magical and perfect! There was nothing we needed staying in this condo. Had everything stocked plus- never have I seen a rental with All our needs.The host Mary Ann was incredible and quick to reply when I had a question. The view, another win, and location couldnā€™t have been any better! We will be staying again, but longer ( we were there for 9 days)The best VRBO we have stayed at .. loved every minute, canā€™t wait to go back.

The views from the balcony are beautiful! We enjoyed spending time in the balcony. The pool was very nice, clean and plenty of room. We love this property, location and the amenities! This was our fourth time staying at this property. Maryann is so nice to work with!

Incredible vacation

The condo was beautiful. In a quiet part of the neighborhood, but not too far from Red Hook, which we frequented. The condo had everything you need from the toaster to the beach chairs. The condo was clean and the view was spectacular. It made our vacation that much more fabulous, and we will definitely be back!

Condo exceeded our expectations

3 of us stayed very comfortably for 7 nights at this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo as well as everywhere we went. We rented a car and appreciated the nearby dedicated parking spot and safety of the gated area in the evenings. The condo was fully equipped with everything we could need and extra things we wouldn't have thought of. Everything worked and the condo was as described. Maryann the property owner was prompt to respond to our questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beach on the property as well as the bistro. We were fortunate to have great weather every day and enjoyed the evenings on our balcony. Nice quiet area. It could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Awesome place

The condo was very nice and exactly as advertised. Everything seemed clean, and the furniture/beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Was great to have so many items already provided for you - - papertowels, trashbags, spices, some condiments, plenty of extra towels, and even some leftover sunscreen that came in very handy. Definitely a lot of stairs to go down to the beach but I actually loved the exercise. Was a great way to burn off the margarita calories! Would definitely consider staying again for a future trip.

Nice location, well appointed

Condo clean upon arrival, suited our family's needs well. Really convenient location on island. Bit of a walk down steps to beach and pool, but we spent most of ohr time out and about exploring the island and different beaches. Enjoyed St Thomas.

9 days in St. Thomas

Stayed at this wonderful Cowpet Bay Condo and loved every day of it. Location was great for access to Red Hook and all it's amenities. The Island is small enough that all the other places we wanted to visit were 20 minutes or less away. Cowpet Bay itself was very nice the first few days, we did get some seaweed later on in the week, but thats just mother nature. The pool was great and so were the two onsite dining options. The condo was well kept and had everything we needed, there were a number of things we forgot to buy at the grocery that just happened to be stocked in the kitchen. Would visit again.

Condo on St. Thomas

Condo is as described. We both thought the beds were quite comfortable. If it rains at all be sure to make restaurant reservations. Disappointed the hot tub was out of order for our entire stay. Pool and beach were nice, although we did drive and park to get to it, otherwise a very long walk. Be prepared to eat outside at almost all of the restaurants.

Great location with a beautiful view

Great location. Close to Red Hook, grocery store, and car ferry to St John. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. Towels, beach chairs, goggles, and snorkels were all provided. Smart TVs made it easy to use streaming services. Super clean when we arrived, and all of the info we needed was in the welcome binder. The living room and the bedroom closer to the water had good wifi, but the other bedroom didn't have enough signal to connect at all. The satellite TV connection was out the whole time. Neither of these things were a big deal since we didn't travel to St Thomas to watch TV. Washer and dryer worked great and made our trip much easier. Access to the beach and pool area was down two flights of relatively steep stairs and a short walk. Not too bad. The pool was good, and the beach had very calm water and chairs already set out for anyone to use. The sand was soft and the water warm. Down by the beach are two bars/restaurants. The Caribbean Fish Market looked nice, but was very expensive. The other restaurant, Sangria, was reasonably priced and had excellent food and drinks. Great communication from the host via text message.

Maryannā€™s place was great and just as advertised. It is very well stocked, the view is fantastic, and it was very clean. Maryann was great to work with and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Host at an Amazing Location

Property was beautiful and extremely well maintained. Maryann was incredibly responsive to our communication and really went out of her way to accommodate the requests we made. Sargassum made the beach on property undesirable, but there were so many options to choose from that we easily found places to enjoy. We had a great time on both St. Thomas and traveling to St. John. I highly recommend Maryann as a host and this property.

Family Friendly Getaway

This location is a perfect part of the island to relax and enjoy your vacation. You are close to the restaurants, shops and ferry access of Red Hook. Lots of amenities including on-site restaurants and activities concierge. Owner was very responsive to concerns we had on the first day which were easily addressed within a few minutes of our message.

Little slice of Heaven

Condo is located in Cow Pet Bay West. Check in was easy. We did shopping in Red Hook so we could have few meals at the condo. Easy to get Taxi. We would highly recommend East End Taxi- Jay was the man!! He also drove us to a recommended place for dinner to Brookā€™s Bar. OMG- fantastic food and lots of it! MaryAnn was very responsive had issue with garden bathrooms toilet. Our only issue with garden bedroom bed is extremely squeaky. It was comfy enough but slightest move made a noise. We also found the fridge side of the refrigerator froze our food. Tried to turn temperature up but we came to the conclusion just not enough items in the fridge. We loved the full stocked kitchen. We used the beach towels for the pool and did some laundry. We had a terrific time making memories with great friends. The view from balcony was enjoyed every morning with coffee. Would highly recommend. Restaurants with in walking distance ( down on the beach) Sangriaā€™s and Caribbean fish Market - both great drinks and food. ā¤ļø
