This condo is the perfect destination for travelers looking for relaxation and comfort or a fun family adventure. The large two bedroom/two bath condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen, while offering direct views to the newly renovated pool and courtyard from the dining area, living room, and balcony. This unit has been recently updated to include fresh paint, new flooring and new furniture. From our private balcony you can also enjoy watching the sunrise or gaze at the stars at night. A relaxing getaway, this large condo offers plenty of space for family and friends.

The condo is conveniently located in a quiet area of Gulf Shores, yet in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. A wider variety of Gulf Shores dining, shopping, and attractions are just a short drive away.

We enjoyed our stay very much. My daughter had a softball tournament all week and really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely stay again.

Good location off the beach

Pool is right outside, within walking distance to grocery and a trail, and parking was not too difficult when going down to the beach.

Great getaway

My kids and I stayed here for our trip to Gulf Shores. The location was perfect, close to everything. The condo was perfect as well. We loved our stay and would stay with these hosts again!

Softball tourney stay

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Villas. Having two full bathrooms with two bedrooms was very important for us . The location was great as many restaurants and stores were close by.

Great Stay

The property was great. Plenty of room and everything was clean. The location was great with Publix and Walmart less than 5 mins away. The trip to the beach took less than 10 mins. It was also close to local non-beach activities.

Wonderful visit

We were running behind schedule a little but were relieved to make it to the condo.We stayed 7/18-7/21/24. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice furnishings & how well kept it was. The couches were comfortable & the beds were wonderful. We enjoyed the balcony too. We had a great stay.The owners were very nice too. Thank you so much

Wonderful!

The rental unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. We’ve stayed at Dolphin Villas before and both then and now were wonderful. Good location, quiet, family friendly, and not over crowded when it came to pool time. Thank you and we look forward to renting one of your units again!

Another wonderful vacation

This is our second time staying in this unit. The owners are great and offer a very comfortable and clean updated place to stay. If you’re looking for a quieter family oriented property away from all the noise and traffic but within minutes of everything then this is the place to be! See y’all next year!

Great area and proximity to beach.

I love this area and try to stay in this complex any time that I come to Gulf Shores. The condo was great. Loved that it was second floor and overlooked the pool. One of the beds is pretty high off the ground, so you might have trouble getting into it if you’re short. The other bed was the perfect height but the mattress was too soft. Other than those things, it’s a great place to stay!

We found this property very comfortable and beautifully located. However, physical plant was a bit lacking: Electrical switches to the utility room and to the exhaust fan in master bedroom did not work; supply of dishes on the kitchen minimal at best. These were not major problems but should be corrected for future visitors. Overall, it us a very nice condo in a great location.

You get what you pay for

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. We only ran into a couple of issues. When we checked in the place smelled really weird and there were a couple pieces of trash right in front of the door, everything else appeared pretty clean. I reported this to Connie and she responded immediately and got someone there to resolve the problem which we greatly appreciated. The other issue was that there are no curtains in the bedrooms so don't plan on sleeping in as it gets bright pretty early. Nothing spectacular but it has everything you need if you arent looking for a boujee stay.

Disappointing

This specific condo has the visual appearance of being updated and beautiful, however it is extremely outdated. The couches are old, uncomfortable and have holes. The blinds were broke with absolutely no privacy from the people of the pool being able to view from below. Management offered to fix them after we had already checked in. Should have been repair and inspection prior to our arrival . No trash can in kitchen. . Knobs missing from dresser/fireplace, cracked peeling leather ottoman, extremely old oven and dryer that had to be turned on 3 times to dry clothes not to mention the cheap, falling apart kitchen pots, pan and utensils in the kitchen . My advice is to never use this condo. We cleaned and did everything that was asked of us, however didn’t feel that it was deserved base on extremely poor misleading advertising. As much money as we spent to stay there for a week they can do better than this trash. I requested for partial monetary reimbursement and was ignored. Worst owners. There was no interest in compensation for the dissatisfaction at all.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay i wished I would have know we’re the extra blankets sooner. They were well stocked for our stay. They were very nice host. Sorry for the late review I got really sick before we left and had to have emergency surgery when we came back.

Nice place

We always go to Pavilion to the beach so it was about 10 minutes drive. The place has a bare minimum and looks as it was updated with a new shower and kitchen tops. I usually bring or buy stuff I need to use while staying, so I didn't expect anything extra. Comfortable beds, working TV in every room. Nice pool right under apartment. Very reasonable price.

Comfortable and clean

We stayed at this property for Memorial weekend. We thought it was in a good location. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. It was easy to get to the beach and the Wharf. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We had cleaning supplies to keep it nice too. The owners were quick to respond and we will stay here again.

Need new cleaning people

I the floors were not clean. Our feet were black on the bottom because the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. There was small pieces of papers and sand on the floor. The water was black after mopping. The kitchen wasn’t stock with dish. The sofas are old and the recliners were half broke.
