This townhome is located in Mariners Landing, the newest vacation spot on St. Simons Island. Located next to beautiful Gascoigne Park, Mariner’s Landing offers elegant accommodations in an idyllic setting.

You can enjoy serenity and access to all amenities at Gascoigne Park, just a short walk away, including a fishing pier, floating dock (to launch your kayak), picnic pavilion with grills, fitness trail, and disc golf course. Also located beside the park is the St. Simons Marina, providing convenient access to the intracoastal waterway. Boating, kayaking, and a multitude of water sports are just steps away. Mariners Landing features only 125 townhomes complete with community pool and pedestrian area offering the best of island living in a convenient and stunning location. This unit features an open concept 4br/3.5ba floor plan and it's all newly constructed with all new furnishings. Including the sleeper sofa in the first floor living area, this unit can accommodate 8 guests at a time. In addition to its dedicated 400 sf garage that can store any "toys" you may choose to bring with you, you can enjoy 2222 sf of spacious luxury living with 9 foot ceilings on both floors, with East Beach and the Village/Lighthouse a bike ride or short drive away. Rent additional bikes (4 furnished with the unit) at Epworth By The Sea Retreat, just a short walk away, or have them delivered to you from other island vendors.
Upon arrival, no need to worry about running to the store for immediate necessities. The unit is furnished with initial supplies: 2 rolls of bath tissue per bathroom 1 box of facial tissue per bathroom 1 roll of kitchen paper towels 1 trial size bottle of dish detergent 2 Finish dishwasher tablets 1 packet of laundry detergent (1 load ) 1 bath soap for every bath faucet
NOTES ABOUT RATES, COSTS, CHECK IN, CHECK OUT, and BOOKING
1. Cleaning fees are listed in the quote. 4:00 PM Check In and 10:00 AM Check Out. The amount of work and cost to clean the unit and prepare it for the next vacationer is the same regardless of the length of your stay. The check in and check out times posted provide the necessary time for the cleaning crew to turn the unit to make it available to you and the next vacationer coming after you. As such, please understand that if your plans require the use of the unit past check out time on the day of departure, this will push its availability to others coming after you for their 4:00 pm check in to the following day, and you will be required to book this additional day even though you may not be spending the night. This also will be appropriately reflected in the calendar and so duplicate or overlapping bookings are avoided.
2. Service Fee. This is VRBO's additional fee (approximately 12%) required of you when you book and pay on this site. Additional information concerning these services can be discerned by clicking the “?”.
3. A damage deposit is required. Please contact me within 2 hours of your arrival to report damage you discover and to insure it is not your responsibility. We rely on our cleaning crew to report to us the state of the unit after each tenancy, and they are human, and sometimes things are missed.
4. Perfect for long term FLETC or shorter term vacation rental, and offered for occupancy to the same tenant for greater than 30 days pursuant to GCO 2-31-15(b).
Primary renter must be a guest. Breaking this rule and/or exceeding the stated no. of guests will result in a $500 deduct from security deposit
HVAC thermostat in cool mode shall be set no lower than 70 degrees. Breaking this rule will cause excessive wear and $100 deduct from security deposit
Coasters or similar protective measures shall be used for all beverages. Breaking non smoking rule is a $1000 security deposit deduction.

Nice Secluded Spot
New development a few miles from the beach. The rental was spacious and very close walking distance to the community pool. The owner of the property was very friendly and gave us suggestions on things to do and places to eat. I would recommend staying here.

First visit to St. Simon Island
We were all impressed with the home and facilities. The pool was practically in our front door which pleased the teen girls! They also loved the bikes and took several bike tides (every day) to explore. Mom and dad took turns going with them. It is a very safe area. We (the grandparents) were grateful for the main floor bedroom. The home is really close to everything onthe island. The owners were very helpful making recommendations of things to see and restaurants. The only reason i gave it a 4 for location is that i would have loved a beachfront property. But seriously this was so nice... i would have given it a 4.5 if I could.

This unit features 2 impeccably decorated master bedrooms, one on ground level and the second upstairs.
