Welcome to Harbor Oaks 311.

From this location you are just a short walk to the pier/village area where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, night life, lighthouse, fishing and walking pier, oceanfront public pool, playground, parks, and much more. In the other direction you are just a mile away to the nearest beach access point.

You will find an open kitchen, dining room and living room area where you and your guests can create the perfect meal. Plenty of comfy seating. The patio off the living room has a lagoon view with a nearby water fountain in the lagoon.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. Two full bathrooms and washer and dryer are located in this unit.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally) tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

NOTE: Fireplace is for decoration only.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit. No pets.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available in unmarked spots.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

College friends reunion (43 YEARS this May!)

Loved the condo and location, as one of my friends said, it looks like someone really cares about their home! We love the decor, and had everything we might have needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed playing some of the games !

Great location

Property was nice and well maintained. We didn’t have a need to reach out to the host, so no comments on communication. The only downside of the stay was that the bed in the main bedroom was incredibly hard and didn’t provide a good nights sleep. Overall the property was enjoyed and is in a fantastic location to access both the beach and pier areas. We rented bicycles and were able to use them to get just about everywhere we wanted to go.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very convenient and a comfortable stay. A couple of recommendations . It would be lovely if the master bedroom were a king size bed. The tv in the master did not work because it needed to be registered with Roku. So, that would be nice if it worked. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Lovely peacefulness

Harbor Oaks grounds are beautifully manicured with lagoons, turtles, fountains, tennis courts, and great pool. Condos are older, but updated and well maintained. Two bedrooms were spacious. Ground floor was very convenient. Great place within walking distance of parks and Village restaurants and pier. Had a great time!

Perfect Condo

This little is the perfect little condo for a small family. The pool is awesome and it is close to a ballpark with a playground, close to restaurants, and not too far from the beach and pier. The small tiny pond behind it with turtles and fish was a hit with our little ones. The only recommendations I have is the pool needs to be vacuumed more, the vacuum cleaner in the condo does not work, and suggestion of replacing the mattress on the pull out couch.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was fine. It was clean and neat overall but the condo needs to be updated: The tile floors in the bathrooms need deep-cleaning, the threshold strip going into living room and the edge of the carpet right there is dangerous because both can be tripped over. Pillow in master BR had several stains. These are easy fixes and would add so much to the rental experience.

Across from the park and a 5 min walk to the village and pier and our favorite breakfast/ coffee spots! The condo was clean and the complex was very quiet. Real escapes was timely in answering any questions I had and they were very profession and kind. We have been renting different properties from them for years in my family!

Our property owner needed to cancel our first Harbour Oaks reservation so Real Escapes called to offer me a different unit in the same condo conplex. There were some options available and I really appreciated how quickly they sorted out the issue. Each person I spoke with in the office was freindly and attentive. Thanks so very much for helping to make our trip happy and memorable!
