The home is outfitted with an automated smart thermostat system to keep you perfectly comfortable no matter the season, and features 3 cozy fireplaces (with one conveniently located on each level of the home) as well as expansive gathering spaces both indoors and out. Grab a fresh cup from the dedicated coffee station, step out onto one of the many sun-drenched patios, and breathe in the crisp mountain air. It is incredibly common to share your morning with local wildlife—deer, elk, foxes, and wild turkeys frequently wander through the property (along with the neighbor’s friendly dog, Rocky!).

There is no shortage of entertainment right here at the property. The massive lower-level Media Room is the ultimate hangout hub. Challenge your family to a round of air hockey or foosball, mix a drink at the wet bar, or sink into the giant, plush sofa to catch your favorite movie or the big game on a massive 110" projector screen.

The back of the property features two distinct, easy-to-use propane/gas fire pit areas: a propane fire pit surrounded by benches for gathering under the stars, and a second gas fire pit integrated into a gathering table for evening meals and drinks.

Just steps away is your private hot tub. Our hot tub is professionally serviced, balanced, and cleaned between every single visit to ensure top-notch sanitation so you can simply soak and unwind after a long day of hiking.

The Master Suite (Main Level): A luxurious retreat featuring a King-size memory foam mattress (Firmness: 6/10) that is an absolute dream to sleep on. It boasts a private en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi soaking tub and a walk-in shower with 3 shower heads. Unwind on the in-room loveseat, watch some TV, or step right out your private access door to the back patio, just steps from the hot tub.

The Scenic Queen (Upper Level): Featuring what we believe are the best breathtaking views in the house. Adorned with country-chic decor, this room has a Queen-size memory foam/spring hybrid mattress (Firmness: 6/10) offering pristine comfort. Note: This room has door access to the adjoining room, which can be locked for privacy or kept open for families needing connected spaces.

The Fireplace Queen (Upper Level): Connected to the Scenic Queen and the home's library, this gorgeous room features a Queen bed, stunning views, and its own private fireplace! Sleep soundly on the highly-rated Tuft & Needle mattress (Firmness: 7/10).

The Bunk Room (Upper Level): Designed as a blast for kids but comfortable enough for adults. It features a custom clubhouse-style bed with 3 Twin-size bunks and a Queen-size futon. Complete with its own television and USB wall inputs, it’s the perfect space for kids to play and hang out, leaving the relaxing to the adults!

The Lower Level Queen (Media Room Level): Ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, this easily accessible room features 8-foot ceilings, a Queen Tuft & Needle mattress (Firmness: 7/10), and a semi-private bathroom. Being on the same level as the Media Room makes it highly convenient for late-night movie watchers.

The Private Garage Apartment: For those wanting ultimate privacy, this detached suite sits over the second garage, just steps from the main house. It features a Queen bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a lounging area, its own dedicated coffee station, and a private deck with outdoor seating to take in the mountain views.

Additional Sleeping Options: We provide two top-quality Queen-size air mattresses complete with full bedding. Additionally, the massive Media Room couch can easily sleep 2-4 adults, or as many kids as want to pile on!

Events & Gatherings:
In strict compliance with Teller County Ordinance 23, this property is no longer permitted to host events, parties, or large gatherings of any kind. Please ensure your group size aligns with our maximum occupancy limits before booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Vehicle Requirements & Winter Access:
Please be aware that access to the property involves a steep, dirt county-maintained road and a sharp street-to-driveway transition. Because of this terrain, an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicle is highly recommended year-round, and low-profile cars are strongly discouraged as they may bottom out or struggle to clear the driveway access.

During the winter months, a 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle, or a Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) or All-Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicle equipped with tire chains, is absolutely necessary to safely navigate the roads and access the home. Please plan your transportation accordingly! Rest assured, to assist with winter access, we utilize a professional snow-clearing service that automatically plows the driveway anytime snow accumulation reaches 3 inches.

This home is proudly owned by The Ray Family—Keith, Jennifer, and their two little boys. They have worked diligently to make this home as comfortable, fun, and enjoyable as possible for every member of your family!

They have teamed up with Woodland Park locals and professional property managers, Aleana & Nolan Goodall, to ensure your stay is flawless.
