Beach front in Rocky Point

Casa de Nelson, Section 6 Lot 36 is a spectacular house on the beach in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), mexico. The house in located in the gated community of Las Conchas about 2 1/2 miles from the main part of town, one mile from the guard gate. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offer unobstructed views and easy access to the beach six stepout the door. Secure Parking is behind the front yard gates. The neighborhood is patrolled by the security team 24/7.
The large fully appointed kitchen opens to the great room and dining area with seating for six and views of the water. New appliances complete the kitchen with everything you’ll need for a great vacation: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, pots,pans, dishes,cups, glasses, silverware and utensils.
Water at the small faucet and the ice cube maker is filtered by reverse osmosis and drinkable without risk.
Outside is a charcoal BBQ, bring charcoal and lighter.
The full length patio is partly covered for shade or sun, you’re choice. Lounge chairs, and a table and chairs make out door dining easy and memorable. Stairs from the patio will lead you to a perfect nearly private beach.
The master bedroom, with king size bed, looks out to the water and has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. Shelves are provided in all the closets for clothes and personal belongings. Bedrooms number two and three are on the opposite side of the house and share the second bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, bedroom #3 has two single beds. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the front yard.
This house can accommodate six persons.
WiFi and DTV are included free of charge. Central A/C and heat make your stay comfortable. WiFi password is on the modem on the bar in the dining room.
The beach side patio offers a fire pit for your evening enjoyment, please don’t use the fireplace in the great room.
Access to the beach is by stairs on the side of the patio, 8 stairs to the beach.
Bathroom # two can accommodate a wheel chair and has grip handles for wheel chair guests.
