If you are the kind of person that likes spend your vacation in a place that is spotlessly clean and meticulously cared for, a home that sits beachfront on a pristine sandy beach, a magical place where the sea comes right up to the seawall during much of the lunar cycle, a rental property where the owners are very responsive to your needs and most of all, a place that feels like your home away from home, then this is the rental home for you.

Casita Carino was designed to be your tranquil oasis! The casita is decorated in the colors of the sun, sand and sea. Everything is clean, modern and kept and in impeccable condition. The cabinets and furniture were locally made which gives the house an authentic Mexican feel. The casita is perfect for one or two couples or a small family.

Casita Carino is quiet, calm, serene and literally just a dozen or so steps down to the beach. You will be treated to gorgeous ocean views from the great room, the front bedroom and your two private terraces. The terraces are some of the closest to the water and beach in all of Las Conchas. When the windows are open, the soothing sounds of the ocean fill the home.

The tides in section 9 of Las Conchas fluctuate greatly depending upon the lunar cycle. During the very highest of tides, the water comes right up to the sea wall and for a few hours, you feel like you are standing on the back of a ship looking out at sea. If you are lucky enough to experience an extremely high tide on a very windy day, you will be treated to an amazing, one of a kind splash show over the lower terrace wall. During an extremely low tide, you can walk out approximately 900 feet to explore the coral reefs. On most days, the tides fall somewhere in the middle of those two extremes.

Casita Carino is located in the residential, guard patrolled community of Las Conchas and has 24 security. It is located in section 9 which is close to the end of the community where the beaches are quiet and there is not a lot of street or vendor traffic. It also has pristine, sandy beaches instead of the rocky beaches that Rocky Point is known for. Casita Carino is also located very close to the estuary which is a great place to bird watch, look for shells, go fishing and just explore.

Casita Carino has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is located at the front of the casita and has a king size bed and ocean views with sliding glass doors to the upper terrace. The skylight bedroom is at the back of the home and has a queen size bed, one large skylight (with a blackout shade so you can adjust the amount of light that comes in) and a few small skylights in the bathroom. Both bedrooms have high quality memory foam mattresses and bedding, ceiling fans, reading lights and an extra blankets. Each bedroom has it's own large en-suite bathroom with a shower, separate toilet room and armoire.

The great room has several skylights and has a very airy and open feeling. The sitting area has a comfortable sectional sofa and a 65" smart TV with DirecTV and the premium movie channels. The dining table has seating for four and a little bar aread where you can store your food. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (traditional filter type and K-cup), blender, toaster and a Brita water filtration pitcher.

There are two private beachfront terrace levels that have gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez (in the winter months, the sun sets over the sea). The terraces sit about 12 steps above beach level for added privacy. The upper terrace has a great amount of shade, a propane BBQ, 3 chaise lounges, 2 chairs and an outdoor dining table with benches. There is also a lower terrace that has a private beach area where you can relax in the sand while your children play safely while still being on the property. The lower terrace has a fire pit, 4 Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower.

While out on the terraces, you will be treated to views of Rocky Point's spectacular sunsets! At night, the show of stars in the sky is absolutely breathtaking!
