This colonial style home has four bedrooms and sleeps 8. Full kitchen with gas stove and convection microwave, dishwasher, and coffee pot. This house also has Washer /dryer, air conditioning, fireplace, WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs. There is a dining room, enclosed sun room, spacious living room with pull out sofa, 1 1/2 bathrooms, spacious outdoor shower with dressing cabana. Plenty of parking with detached garage. One bedroom on first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Outdoor eating area with patio furniture. Large deck off master bedroom with ocean view. 6 beach badges included($300 value).

We loved our stay! It went too fast - the house was great right near the boardwalk, worked so well for our family and close to extended family on nearby blocks - looking forward to next year from 7/4-7/11/2026

The house was PERFECT for a weekend getaway with our family. Our kids had so much fun being footsteps from the beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Will be coming back again!

Best of Lavallette

My husband, two sons, my mother and I had an amazing time here. We have been vacationing in Lavallette and the beautiful accommodations on top of location of this house make it something not to miss, the hosts were incredibly helpful and always easy to contact if there was a question. We will certainly be staying here again

Perfect Lavallette holiday

Thank you Linda and Leon- the house was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with plenty of room for a family group of 7, and all the amenities we could want to prepare our own meals. Perfect location near the beach on a lovely stretch of Lavallette, within walking distance of great breakfast, restaurants, ice cream, bakeries, and shopping. Great communication from our hosts. We can’t wait to return next year.

Another fantastic stay

Our second time visiting this wonderful home. Right on a little boardwalk and next to the ocean. Friendly neighbors. Ice cream, coffee, breakfast, bakery all 1 block away. Comfortable house with parking, lots of bedrooms, a balcony overlooking the ocean and thoughtful, caring hosts.

Perfect Jersey shore experience

The house is great for families. The location is perfect - steps from the beach, with a bakery, ice cream shop and a breakfast place ONE block away. Singing ice cream place and fantastic pizza is just 2 blocks more. All the parking at the house is a huge help. The place is traditional and lovely, very comfortable. If you’re looking for modern / flipped shore houses, go elsewhere, this is a true gem and feels like your own home. Our family couldn’t stop raving about it. First floor bedroom is also a big help for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The homeowners were very friendly / accommodating and in touch when needed and we even made friends with a neighbor. This is a true, living at the shore experience and we loved every minute of it.

A weekend at the shore

Perfect spot. We have always spent time in Lavalette in the past so it was also a nostalgic trip. We were so close to the beach so we didn’t have the noise from the highway and commercial activity yet we’re close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping
