Stellar 5 Stars Gulf Front, Sunset Views, 10th Floor End unit. Middle Tower

Stunning views and white sandy beaches. We are located in the middle tower of beach colony resort. The unit is a West End unit (sun set views- in season) on the 10th floor. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1750 sq. ft. condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Expansive 300sq ft+ balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico has 2 rocking chairs, 1 chaise lounger and a teak dining table for 6. LVP flooring and updated appliances. The resort has 3 pools (one heated indoor), hot tub, work out facility, tennis/ pickle ball courts, 3 outdoor grilling areas, green space, security, private beach, beach chair service and 2 boardwalks. Great family location near the state park, restaurants, shopping and the famous Blue Angels (Naval Air Station museum). We are the original owners and it is our home away from home. Unit Sleeps 8 (max. occupancy) comfortably. Beds: 1 King, 2 Full, 2 Twin. Beach service provides chairs, umbrellas, parasailing; banana boat rides; surfing; paddle boarding in season. Rental fee applies.

In order to limit non guest from using our beautiful, wonderfully located beach, a new guard station is on site at the main entrance. During peak season, security guards will be posted at both sides of our property line to ensure the beaches are used by owners and guest of beach colony only. Beach Colony has one of the most expansive beaches in the area, which is a real plus for guests and renters who want more space between neighbors.
Watch the Blue Angel Fly By's. The Naval Air Station and Museum is about a 10 minute drive, great for the entire family. GOLF nearby- Lost Key (a.k.a. Lost Ball) and Perdido Key Golf Club.
Unit has large capacity LG Washer and Dryer, full size appliances, coffee makers-2 (K-cup and drip), blender, toaster oven, microwave, rotisserie oven, electric skillet, crock pot, panini maker, fully stocked kitchen, coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, sugar.
There is a beach service which provides rental for beach chairs and umbrellas if you prefer not to bring your own. (Chairs-Available during peak season, not the winter months)
You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Truly outstanding property and location! Excellent, clean huge condo with tons of amenities and instant access to a beautiful private beach. Perdido Key is the perfect location, right in between Orange Beach and Pensacola without all of the Orange / P’cola traffic. Diana was an awesome, responsive Host!

The check in and check out process was efficient and the host was quick to respond. There were a few days of trouble with the AC unit being automatically programmed to be on 75-79 degrees which made for a warm condo, specifically the back two bedrooms which rarely cooled off. The bedroom doors had to be kept open to allow for air flow at night. We did not know that the primary bathroom electrical outlets did not work whatsoever, so getting ready had to be done in the primary bedroom and other bathrooms. There was quite a bit of noise from the surrounding condos, specifically late at night and early morning. The dryer in the laundry room seemed to be on its last leg after taking a minimum of two cycles to get clothes and towels completely dry.

Very clean and beautiful place! Nice size bedrooms wonderfully decorated. However, one elevator was not working the entirety of our week stay along with only the first day of the hot tub working. The beach was beautiful but we did book this trip in June so there was Sargassum but the place beside us cleaned it up but this place we stayed did not. Other than those hiccups it was a very good location and the owner is very helpful and responsive.

I'm sorry your stay didn't go as planned, I'm here this week and all the beaches are clean from the seaweed. I can see where it's been buried further up on the sand. Mother Nature doesn't always comply with our wishes unfortunately. I guess there was an overwhelming amount washing up all along the coast and it's hard to have enough resources to maintain all the beaches immediately. Regarding the elevator: The Association is currently refurbishing the West elevator, I agree it was poor timing on their part during busy season. Hopefully it will be done soon. The hot tub has been fixed, the chlorinator stopped working and a part had to be ordered. Better safe than sorry. I'm glad you found the condo clean and lovely to your expectations. Happy Travels. Incredible value, excellent condo. So nice for kids to have separate bedrooms. Lot's of great restaurants nearby. Fat Dragon Thai is unbelievable. Owner is very nice and couldn't be more prompt. Beaches are pristine, there was no seaweed. We're from Michigan, and the beaches along lake Michigan are hard to beat, but these are better. One tip for anyone booking this property: the elevator buttons are on a pedestal in between the elevators.

We love the Beach and have been coming here for 20+ years. We don't get to come as much as we used to so we started renting the condo a few years ago. We keep it updated and fully stocked, its truly a home away from home and we love spending time there! We are from New Orleans LA.

Wonderful family beaches, beautiful views and great condo with modern floor plan. The water is emerald green and beach sandy soft white. You'll see dolphin, fish, birds, sting rays, we even saw manatee one year.

Balcony views and property amenities are the best. We are close to the State Park and to great restaurants and night life. There are cute little restaurants near by for walking to lunch or grabbing coffee. We particularly like the Islander Grill, within walking distance.
