Your very own oasis on Tampa Bay just 5 minute drive from Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida and 10 minutes from St. Pete Beach!

This 3 Bedroom, open floor plan Great Room and Kitchen Retreat Boasts some amazing amenities that you can't find in many other places.

Enjoy a time away with the family in this quiet neighborhood for relaxation and fun.

This place is perfect for quiet get aways and relaxation. St. Pete Beach is only a 10 minute drive away when you want to go out and party and be a part of a noisy scene. Downtown St. Pete is only a 5 minute drive away with all kinds of night life, restaurants and activities.
Tampa is only a 30 minute drive, where you will find all the fun and adventure of a large City.
This is a 4 bedroom home but only 3 are available to guests along with 2 bathrooms.

There is an electronic key pad entry lock. You will be given your personal access code a day or 2 before your arrival. This system will operate according to your checkin and checkout schedule. There is a SimpliSafe Alarm system that will warn you when doors are opened - this will especially help with children so you know if they have opened a door that leads to the pool. This and/or the alarm system will not be set for security unless you request it to be. In such cases you will be given a guest code to turn it on and off as you leave and enter the home.
The owners bedroom will be locked and is off limits to all guests. Please respect the sanctity of our private possessions.
There are locked and unlocked cabinets in the garage of owner's possessions please do not use anything in them without owner's permission or tamper with the locks.
There is a pool closet that is kept locked at all times and is off limits to guests.

All I expect to have to do when I clean up after guests is to strip and make the beds, clean the bathrooms and kitchen counters, and sweep the floors.

Amazing view and perfect vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The outside is spectacular and has the best view in the area! The owner is always available with any questions and it was a pleasure getting to know him! The home is incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you will need. I would strongly recommend this for a romantic stay or a wonderful family vacation. We definitely will be back!

Paradise found at this property

This property is an absolute dream! The panoramic views of the bay are unbeatable along with the private pool. The pictures are very accurate but it's even better in person. The home is immaculate and the owners provide everything you would need. The boat landing is in the front of the neighborhood and downtown St. Petersburg, restaurants and grocery stores are only 10 minutes away. Would 100% stay there again.

Wonderful views in St Pete

Welcoming owners, fantastic views of bay. Right on the water, pool & multiple outside areas to enjoy the waterfront & sunshine. Quick trip to downtown St Pete with plenty to do… restaurants, museums, brewery’s. Enjoyed St Pete Pier. Home is immaculate & professionally decorated. Agree with a max of 6 guests with 2 bathrooms. Enjoyed the dock, but not really set up for docking boat. We would highly recommend for any small group or family. Great overall experience!

Paradise on the Bay

Our family spent our Christmas holiday at Jack & Teresa’s home, and we’ve never been more relaxed. No detail was left undone, from the most beautiful Christmas tree (Florida style!) to virtually every item you could possibly need while vacationing home away from home. Tucked in a small, quiet neighborhood of Coquina Key, their home is truly amazing. The mornings spent watching the sunrise over Tampa Bay were heavenly. The cool breeze from the bay, while enjoying the cabanas on the beach, or the Adirondack chairs on the dock, and soaking up the Florida sunshine – you are truly transported to a small paradise. We saw dolphins, Harry came by for a few visits, and we took lots of walks through the neighborhood. Downtown St. Pete was super quick to get to with so many options for shopping, dining, movies, water activities. We easily could have stayed another week! Thank you Jack & Teresa, for sharing your home with us (and answering questions before, during & after our trip!) – we truly look forward to staying again.

Absolutely incredible!

Can’t remember when we’ve been so relaxed on a vacation. This place is gorgeous. So much attention to detail by Jack and Theresa. Beautifully decorated and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The outdoor view is spectacular ! Thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent stay!

The photos of the property are great, but it is even better in person! The owners are very helpful, welcoming and have stocked the home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Be prepared to spend a good portion of your day relaxing by the water watching for manatees, dolphins and a variety of birds. The home is also a short drive from many of St Petersburg’s best restaurants.

Hidden Gem - is VERY Accurate !!!

While I could gush for many paragraphs about this home, the location, the attention to beautiful details throughout and the truly lovely owners, I want to keep going back and don’t want the word out that THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING !!! LOL It’s with the utmost respect that I share Jack and Teresa are wonderfully rare folks that trust in the good of people to treat their home with care, as if it is their own. My two girlfriends and I felt like we were family while staying at this home and it was just the reset we needed. We didn’t want to ever leave and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful

We spent15 days with our family in this property. It is absolutely perfect- even better than the pictures on web. Jack and Teresa have been extremely accommodating for our trip. The house with its beyond-words view of the bay and its private beach with a stylish firepit and the garden with the pool are simply beautiful. In our 15 days we had all sorts of weather - windy, sunny, gloomy and the property offers great options - indoor and outdoor seating — for all types of weather. The house has been fully equipped with EVERYTHING - from cookware (Calphalon, Airfryer,.. etc) to a large drawer of bakeware to multiple plate / mug / cup sets... Due to the pandemic, we opted to cook ourselves and this white modern kitchen with great views of the sea was just perfect for that. The house was spotless, clearly very well maintained and we tried our best to keep it that way too. We thank Jack and Teresa and hope to be back soon!

Family Time

The property was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed to justly relax and enjoy our family. Owners were kind and generous with sharing their belongings which made our stay so easy. Outside basically from sunrise to late evening. Many dolphins, manatees, bonnet head sharks just swimming by. Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock and our son who lives in St. Pete brought his paddle boards which made a great time for all. Access off the owners dock made everything so easy and enjoyable. Property inside was very clean and outside property was absolutely gorgeous. Loved our quality time together in paradise!

Great views on Conquina Key.

The house was great, the pool and views amazing. We saw dolphins everyday. House is not walking distance into downtown St. Petersburg. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Very well-equipped house sited on a beautiful location. Lot of activity; cruise ships, commercial vessels, pleasure boats, manatees, dolphins, & birds. The house is nicely decorated and is an open plan which we like. Jack is very attentive & dedicated to guests enjoying themselves. They welcomed our grandchildren’s short visit making sure we had the equipment & toys youngsters need. Pool is crystal clear, expansive yard, and your own private beach. A very enjoyable visit.
