Welcome to your home away from home on beautiful Kerr Lake in Bullock, NC! This bright, freshly updated lake house offers direct access to the main lake—perfect for anglers, boaters, and families alike. Relax in a rocking chair on the new front porch with your morning coffee while watching local wildlife, or head down the short path to your private dock.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, open-concept layout with A/C, Wi-Fi, and a partially solar-powered energy system. The large, fully stocked kitchen includes modern conveniences like a waffle iron, air fryer, crockpot, and dishwasher—ideal for family meals after a day on the water. The master suite features a queen bed and a private bath with a shower and luxurious sunken Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a full bed, two XL twins (convertible to a king), and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Unwind on the screened-in porch, grill out on the gas BBQ, or enjoy a campfire under the stars. The large circular driveway easily accommodates trucks and boat trailers.

Beautiful house on the lake. Quiet, really nice dock. Our dog loved swimming in the lake. It was that the was eco friendly. Will try to stay there again next year. The hosts were very accommodating.

This property exceeded expectations. We had a great time. We spent most of our time down at lake and on screened porch. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. We cant wait to come back! Rocky and Jennifer were easy to communicate with.

Tranquil

We enjoyed our stay so much. The mornings were so quiet on the front porch and we watched deer, squirrels and bunnies, as well as listened to the birds. The back screened porch was perfect for our family. Our grown kids and grandkids stayed down at the dock swimming and fishing. Also, so spacious! Plenty of room for all of us. We have already reserved for next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Perfect place

For us this has been the perfect house for our annual lake vacation. For those that have issues walking this by far of all the places we have stayed easy walk to dock. Everything you should need in a kitchen. Great that pets are welcomed. Only draw back for our 18 year old collie floor in LR is not carpeted. Her ability to walk on slick floors a challenge at her age. Again could not ask for a better location. Plan on staying again. Thank you

A little disappointed!

When reading the description of the house it said basically that the kitchen was stocked well with utensils, pots & pans etc ... but the pans were in such bad shape they were unusable. The frying pans were disgusting and the coating of the pans were chipping out and showed some rust. The bathroom rugs and other throw rugs throughout were nasty and needed a good washing. The location is great. The dock was fine. The owner seemed really nice on the phone.

Relaxing dog friendly weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and well decorated. The house was bigger than I expected. Like others, we really enjoyed the screened porch. I could just feel myself relaxing as soon as we sat out there. We wanted our young Golden Retriever to practice swimming and it worked out well. It was great having a dog friendly place that was also very nice and not rustic. The dock was a fun place to hang out. It was surprisingly quiet on the lake for a weekend. The hosts responded immediately to any questions before and during our stay.

Sheltered cove was great for our boat.

Very roomy, loved the openness and high ceilings, heat and ac was great, enjoyed the jacuzzi, grassy creek is great for fishing, One drawback was the frequently barking dogs next door and all the stairs were a little bit of a challenge for us at ages 79 and 74.

Fun Family Gathering at the Lake

Very responsive host! Available to take calls and responded to texts in a timely manner. We had trouble unlocking the door. Rocky answered the phone when I called and resolved the issue. I had a couple more questions and Rocky always got me the answer. The place has a well-appointed kitchen and had enough room for my family to gather. We couldn't get the Keurig to work, but there was another small coffee pot. There didn't seem to be enough gas in the tank for us to use the grill. That was disappointing as we had brought some really nice steaks. The beds were comfortable, but some of the pillows were really old and worn. Fortunately, we brought a couple of our own and used the nicer newer ones. We were there off season. The lake was a bit low, so we didn't do a lot of fishing off the dock...did enough so that my granddaughter could say she did it. This is definitely a family friendly and pet friendly place with plenty of room to gather. I can recommend this property for a great family vacation.

Great house. Great location

Perfect location if you have a boat. The Grassy Creek boat ramp is only minutes away by boat and by road. Screen porch is great for relaxing on. House is comfortable and plenty of room for the whole family. Hosts responded very quickly when we needed to contact them and had a minor maintenance issue fixed immediately. We will definitely be back!

Great trip!

Loved this location. Cute place with a very nice dock and super close to the boat ramp. Could not be more convenient! Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. Super thankful for owners who allow us to bring out pets. Highly recommend.

Lake house escape

This is our second time stayimg here amd loved it just as much as before. Definitely will be booking again! Kitchen is fully stocked so meal rime prep was super easy just like my own kitchen. Very easy walk down to the lake. Neighbors are super quiet. Overall, exactly the relaximg vacation we needed

Kerr Lake

Rocky and Jennifer were great hosts. Recommend that your dog should be on a leash during your stay should be put in the online description. With the dogs next-door, you must do this, not to cause an incident. The sunken hot tub in the master bedroom should be better lit at night. They do have an automatic light, but it delays, where a family member tripped and almost fell into the tub. Additionally, I believe because the lake is so low the tub may be pulling in a little bit of sand from the well. There were two baths taken, and after each there was residue in the bottom of the tub. These things are minor. It is exactly what we wanted. On the lake. Great for JetSki‘s. Very few people on the lake. And private. Thank you, Rocky and Jennifer.

Another great vacation

This was our third time staying here and it did not disappoint. Everything was clean and as expected. Such a quiet and peaceful location. We normally spend all our time on our boat fishing but spent more time this year enjoying the dock - floating, fishing and kayaking in the peaceful cove. The Lowe’s are great host and are available with any questions. We look forward to our next stay at their home.

A pleasant experience

It was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer right in the yard. The screened in porch h was very nice. The place was beautiful. Just a truly pleasant experience.

Rocky and I reside in Marysville, Ohio. Rocky's family has been vacationing at Kerr Lake for over 50 years, mostly at Occoneechee State Park and Rudd's Creek. After several years of driving an RV and hauling a boat we decided to pursue our dream of owning our own lake house so we could spend more time enjoying the lake and the area we love. We also wanted to have a home we could pass down to our children and grand children, so that they could honor the tradition.

We had been looking for the right property for over a year. Our realtor saved the best for last! We loved the area, even though we had mostly looked within Clarksville. I think I fell in love with the kitchen and the view from the back porch, and Rocky fell for the dock!
