Loft has a split-king sized bed plus one Queen sized sleeper sofa, a leather sofa and a full bathroom. Main floor has living room with large fireplace, modern kitchen and full bath. Basement has a Queen sized sleeper sofa, full size washer and dryer. TVs and internet on all levels. Large screened porch with gas fire table and a gorgeous lake view. Lake access. Covered dock with available slip. Boat and trailer parking available. Five minute walk to downtown Clarksville business and restaurant area. 3 acre dog park across from cabin is available for use

This cabin is unbelievable! All the amenities, spacious, great views of the lake as well as lake access, and the host had even decorated for the holidays. We especially loved the screened-in porch with fire table for hanging out in the evening.

This place was perfect for our wedding weekend. The hosts were amazing and extremely accommodating. We were able to use the large patio for our wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We loved the cabin! We did have issues getting in and could not get the key back in the lockbox or get the door locked but the homeowner said he was having that checked. It is lakeview but not lake front The hot-tub is on owners property and we didn’t want to feel like we were intruding so we did not use it and no directions for the fire pit on the screen porch so we didn’t try it. We were not sure if the nice patio was ours to use or the homeowners so we did not use it. We did love the cabin though but only good space for 2-3 people.

Super clean place, quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The access to the covered dock was great for our boat. The landscaping on the property is beautiful, the water fountain feature in front of the cabin is a nice place to sit and relax once the sun goes down. Will definitely be back in the future!

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful location. The 1st was my husband and I in the winter and it was a perfect cozy weekend. Our 2nd trip was with family and friends for the Lakefest , which the wonderful hosts had informed of us. Everyone had an amazing time with so many lake activities to enjoy!!! You cannot ask for better hosts and their furry 4 legged babies! Thanks for great memories

The Great gettaway

The house is amazing and the location is perfect. While there, we enjoyed seeing all types of wildlife, from deer, eagles, groundhogs, waterfowl etc.. during our stay .The owners Jim and Mona are great host. Our conversations with Jim were truly one of the highlights of our stay. Our adventure at the cabin were truly what we needed for a restful vacation. By the end of our time at the cabin, I would sum up our vacation with the last verses of Robert Frost's poem The Road Not Taken "I took the one less traveled by,And that has made all the difference.I would highly recommend the cabin on Kerr Lake.Thank you Jim and Mona for creating such a special place for our peaceful retreat from all the noise of the outside world. We look forward to coming back.

Great stay

This is our second time at the cabin. I thought we would have warmer weather for Memorial Day weekend but it was not to be. No matter, the cabin was warm and cozy and cool on the couple of days we needed it. Love the decor of the cabin it feels like your getting a big hug every time you walk in. Great relaxing time with our two pups. They absolutely love the dog park right next to the cabin. The hosts are wonderful, I can't say enough good things about them. We love their pups too! Thanks for allowing us to visit your cabin. We will see you again!

Perfect location

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband’s birthday celebration. We all loved the swim spa but especially my 7 year old son. The cabin was spacious, very clean, and had all necessary items needed during our stay. I cannot preface enough how wonderful our hosts were. We enjoyed fishing from the beach area and the dock. My husband and I really enjoyed fishing at night while listening to the great music being played across the lake at the brewery. We definitely will be booking this property again in the future!

The weather was not the best but that did not stop us from enjoying the cabin and Clarksville. As usual this place does not disappoint.

Great Cabin-Amazing view

We had a fantastic time at the cabin it is very cozy and rustic with an elegant touch. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything you could ask for. Jim and Mona were wonderful hosts and very responsive. Our two dogs enjoyed meeting their pups ! The dog park was super fun! We were there 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment. We will be back for sure.

Clarksville Treat

Nice place with water views during the winter. Both porches were pleasant places to sit. Would be a great place for a small wedding.

Cozy, clean cabin!

We loved our stay near downtown Clarksville. Cabin was great, it had everything we were looking for. The swim spa was perfect on a cold day. The host, Jim, was very kind, responsive, and quick to help with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Such an amazing property with everything you would need and more! However there is no real bedroom, it is a loft and the noises from below will be heard but it was just my husband and I so it worked for us. Loved the sauna and the swim spa was fantastic, the gas fire table on the porch was a favorite as well. Thank you so much! It was a pleasure staying in your home!

Clarksville cabin

The cabin is beautiful. We walked all through the neighborhood and into town. Had a great time sitting on the screened in porch wt a fire, talking and catching up wt family. Hope to do this again soon. Host was easy to contact for any questions I had. Thank you so much. God Bless.
