The downstairs unit of this lakefront duplex offers stunning main lake views, a private dock, fire pit and sandy beach (normal pool), all just minutes from downtown Clarksville. Whether you’re fishing Buggs Island/Kerr Lake, vacationing with family, relaxing on the patio, or checking out the local wineries and brewery, Dockside Dreamz #1 is the perfect escape with all the comforts of home. Sleeps 6, Wi-Fi, grill, and a large patio. Discounts available for those who rent the full duplex (listed separately as Dockside Dreamz-Full Duplex).

Enter into an open concept living room and kitchen with lots of natural light and views of Buggs Island/Kerr Lake. The main bedroom has queen and twin beds. The second room features three twin beds. The fourth bed is a queen sofa bed in the living room (maximum 6 guests). The kitchen comes fully stocked with refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and more. All you need to bring is your groceries! The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination and it’s stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper, towels and toiletries.

If you’re staying in or working remotely, take advantage of the Wi-Fi and TV, or gather around the table to play a board game or work a puzzle. Just steps from the door, you’ll find the private dock and the beach area, which is usable when the lake is at normal levels (approximately 300’). Bring your own beach chairs to relax on the sand, or jump off the dock to cool down. If you bring a boat, tie up for those easy early morning blast offs. Spend your evenings by the firepit. There’s plenty of wood around, so grab some and roast some S’mores while overlooking the lake. The dock and outside amenities are shared with the upstairs unit, Dockside Dreamz #2, so please be courteous to your neighbors. Guests have access to the entire downstairs unit, featuring two bedrooms and one full bath, kitchen, living room and patio. The large driveway is shared with Dockside Dreamz #2. We ask for a maximum of two vehicles and two boat trailers per unit. Additional parking may be available; please contact host if more than two vehicles are needed. This property features motion lighting with exterior cameras on all four corners of the home, monitoring the parking area and back yard.
