LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants


For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Perfect vacation

It was perfect! We loved the golf course view and the short bike ride to the beach. The property is nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. Enjoying coffee and dinner out in the screened in porch every morning and evening was one of my favorite things to do. This was one of our favorite beach vacations and we will definitely book again!

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is amazing! Plenty of space, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals (if you want), the screened in porch is perfect for watching the rain on the golf course. There are no negatives! Alive this particular condo!

Excellent!! Perfection!!

Beautiful villa with its own neighborhood pool just steps away. Short bike ride to one beach area and a quick spin down the scenic road to a bigger beach access. Well maintained , clean and kitchen was fully stocked for evening meals on the screened in veranda . Such a sweet area with morning and evening views of the deer and their young. Loved this villa ! Perfect!!

We had a great vacation. The condo was in a great location and fit our needs perfectly. The two downsides to the condo. First it looks a bit tired and in need of some TLC. That would not have bothered us but the job the cleaning service did was very poor. We got there on Saturday and spent the first two hours of Sunday cleaning.

Our Seabrook Island Getaway

Our first impression of our condo was not as desirable as we had hoped but as the week passed we learned to love and enjoy our time at the villa. The cleanliness of the rental was lacking but we just cleaned it and then enjoyed our time there. The tv is lacking for channels and would have been nice to have more options to watch. We ended up purchasing a Roku, Overall, itā€™s a beautiful place to stay. The view of the golf course was nice. We even saw deer several times from the patio. We would stay on Seabrook island again because of the atmosphere and quietness of the area.

Perfect Refreshing Retreat!

My husband and I and our four adult children were fortunate enough to book this wonderful property last minute and could not be happier! We have all been running full speed ahead for a very long time, living and working in different cities and found we could all have the week of Memorial Day off at the last minute. When we found this home on line, we read the reviews and booked right away! The Villa is spacious, very clean, has everything you need and is a comfortable place to relax and be a base for total rest or whatever adventure you wish to have. . There are three lovely pitches to relax on - which were our favorite for coffee, conversation, a few brief periods working remotely- best office ever!-meals, listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. Beds were comfortable, water always hot for showers after being outdoors all day and air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us so comfortable, even on the hottest days. We all rested well! We love the location of the Villa, surrounded by nature, a short bike ride to the beach or oceanfront pool and club. Even enjoyed walking the local nature trail and swimming in the Villa neighborhoodā€™s private pool. Had it to ourselves much of the time. So much to do in the area or do nothing at all. We went sailing, cycling, swimming, enjoyed many fine meals, enjoyed the beaches, club and wildlife. Even spent a day in Charleston. Canā€™t thank you enough for a great stay and helping us all to disconnect from the world, refresh in the sand and sea, and enjoy every minute of being together. We will be back!

Property was neat and tidy with a nice kitchen. Bedrooms were good and bathrooms with each bedroom was really nice. The property is a bit dated. The ceiling fan on the patio made so much noise you couldnā€™t run it when sitting out there. The TV in the downstairs bedroom did not have batteries in the remote so we were unable to use it . TV in the upstairs bedroom was also missing batteries in the remote so weā€™re unable to use that TV. The pool area was nice. Overall the experience was good

Enjoyed Seabrook Island

This home is immaculate inside. What I didn't really appreciate was the number of stairs involved. My niece has special needs and the entry stairs and inside stairs were definitely challenging; not only for her but for my sister and me as well. That's not a criticism of the property but a note to myself to be more discerning when looking around. It also took us a while to figure out the amenities and their costs. Once we did that, we had smooth sailing.

Awesome getaway!

We loved the layout, the decor, the small items provided, down to hangers in the closets. The kitchen is stocked wonderfully! My only suggestion would be to keep up with the debris on the outside of the screened porch. While I realize itā€™s in the trees and hard to keep up with, it wasn't a very inviting setting and therefore we didnā€™t use the space. With that one exception, we loved it and thank you for the opportunity to have a great vacation. I also need to say that the management company was stellar!!! Very friendly, accessible, and willing to help. I would definitely return.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
