LOCATION! LOCATION! First level courtside villa with close access to... everything!

Our Seabrook Island villa is walking distance to 3 pools (1 indoor), playground, basketball court, trails, nationally ranked tennis center, a breathtaking equestrian center, state of the art fitness (at the Lake House) and a catch/release fishing pond. Hop on a bike and in 10 picturesque minutes your toes are in the sand!


A bit about the island:
Seabrook Island is a private, gated, 2200 acre resort and residential community located just 21 miles from historic Charleston. With over three miles of pristine beach, breathtaking marsh vistas and a lush maritime forest, the emphasis at Seabrook is a beautiful natural setting, perfect for a family, golf or tennis vacation, a reunion or wedding.

Seabrook guests enjoy two of the '30 Best Courses You Can Play' in SC, a nationally ranked tennis center, featuring 15 courts, ocean-view pools, a picturesque equestrian center with beach and trail rides, fully-equipped fitness center and ocean and golf course view restaurants.

A variety of shops are available within minutes at Freshfields Village, a collection of locally-owned businesses and restaurants...and a wide array of events ranging from farmer's markets to 'Cinema under the Stars'. All this and more... a short bike ride away!

You will have access to the villas pool and the Lake House pool, which is right across the street, at no additional cost. The Lake House pool is open year round and is not heated. You will need to pick up a card at the Amenity Office, at no cost, in order to access the Lake House pool.

If you would like access to the oceanfront pools at the Beach club, golf, tennis and the equestrian center and the restaurants on the island, you will need to purchase an Amenity Card. The cost is $300 for a week or $50/day. Only 1 card is needed per family.

Gate pass for 1 car included in rental price. Gate passes for 1 additional car will be $40 and will be the guests responsibility. Maximum of only 2 vehicles are allowed. If you need to add an additional car. please let me know.

Very Clean and Great Location

I’m a germaphobe , finding a clean property was probably #1 on my list when looking for a place to stay ! This property was very clean and well equipped. Great location! The property owner Cynthia, also was wonderful and answered all our questions promptly! Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Location & Lovely Place!

Highly recommend for couples or a family! Everything was as described and clean. No issues and loved being close to the Racquet Club and Lake House pool. Lots of nearby dining options or stay in and cook. Kiawah is a short drive away and can watch dolphins swim in the afternoon at the Beachwalker beach park. Highly recommend as Seabrook is such a quiet, charming, relaxing Island!

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and the proximity to the beach club was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there to enjoy a relaxing time with friends. I am looking forward to visiting again with my husband!

Clean, Beautiful Condo

Everything about the condo was perfect…. Well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, beautiful screened in and outdoor porches. Bedroom beds were comfortable with nice quality bedding. We love Seabrook and this condo made our stay perfect. Thank you!!

Courtside Villa Review

The villa was nice. However, I felt like it could have been cleaned a little better. We were unable to use the Keurig because it looked like the filter had not been cleaned recently. Location was good and the covered parking was a plus.

We fell in love with Seabrook

This rental was perfect for the 4 of us. I am very picky about a place being clean and this place was clean! The kitchen was a great size and we loved sitting on the deck and playing games in the evening. The location across from the clubhouse was awesome. We paid for the extra amenity card to have pool access by the beach along with access to the beach club. I would recommend doing this. We hope to go back soon. Thank you Cynthia for a beautiful rental.

Nice unit

Everything was great. Two comments, the Comcast/Infinity router is an older generation and very slow. You can upgrade those for free, suggest the owners do that. Will make streaming a much more pleasant experience. Also, the key lock box is a bit clumsy. Suggest moving to a keypad like many other units in Seabrook have.

Seabrook Island Town Home

The accommodations were excellent - clean, well-furnished and roomy. The locations was great for shopping, accessing boating, and other outdoor activities. Having never been to this part of the country before, this was an excellent way to see things for the first time.

Nice place for a Vacation

Great choice for us Northerners to stay and visit with Charleston family. Everything was as described in listing. Cynthia was very quick in responding to all my questions ahead of the trip. Great spring break trip

Check-in process was very easy, property was clean and in a good location, and communication with the owner was very good. We especially liked riding bikes to and on the beach and to Freshfields. Beautiful area!

Sister Weekend!

“Perfect” is what describes our long weekend at Seabrook! Our rental was decorated beautifully and was furnished with every item you might need on your stay. The entire unit was very, very clean (so important during these crazy times!). The owner was very quick to respond to questions I had. Like I already said, perfect weekend! We can’t wait to go back!

Great experience!

We had a great experience staying on Seabrook Island. The villa was bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the pools, riding bikes, and the beaches. We also immersed ourselves in the surrounding community and Charleston’s rich culture.

Cozy Villa with Ample Patio & Deck Seating

This property was a nice find for us using VBRO. The owner, Cynthiana, was very responsive and provided answers and insights to our inquiries and questions. The Villa was nice and clean and provided us with a great, relaxing vacation. The covered parking was a nice add as well. While the Villa’s location did require a few minutes drive to the beach access points, we found it to be still somewhat convenient. The Seabrook Island is a vacation destination we are sure to return to in the future.
