Native to Puerto Rico, Jose Luis Quiñones the owner of Sunset Paradise Villas has been passionate about the Ocean since his early age as a Surfer in Toa Baja. Naturally born a business man, Jose Luis started his first business as a teenager building and confecting customized surf boards for Surfers from all over the Island. As an entrepreneur, being always true to his passion, the young Quiñones moved closed to the beach in the early 2000 to develop the first Surfers House in the Island’s North Shore in Vega Alta and Isabela, the first “All Inclusive Surfing Tour in Puerto Rico”. Shortly after, he developed La Villa in Aguada, a successful vacation rental property where he welcomed travelers from all over the world.

Always evolving and keeping up with the trends of the Market, in mid 2020 José Luis had the opportunity to acquire Sunset Paradise Villas, an exclusive private property in a privilege location, directly on the water in the beautiful town of Rincón. From renovations to the Villas accommodations and designs to the selection of water sports equipment and programs launched for all guests, the new owner came quickly to transform the Sunset Paradise Villas to offer a World Class experience for guests of all ages.

Sunset Paradise Villas is the perfect choice for your beachfront rental options and needs. We offer flexibility in accommodations to fit your needs and every one of our eight units has a patio facing the ocean. Relax and enjoy stunning sunsets, with the ocean right outside your door and the private rooftop pool and lounge area, or you might choose to snorkeling, boogie board, surf, paddle board or kayak all available for rent. Our property has recently been awarded the Certificate of Excellence Award with over a 98% approval rating. Sunset Paradise Villas has many things to offer that others properties may not have. The property also enjoys direct access to the sea shore, and through our sandy beach just beside the property.

It is located at the west coast, Rincón. Córcega Beach is a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for swimming, water sports, relaxing and enjoying a beautiful Sunset.

In the Western tip of Puerto Rico, there is a piece of paradise so vibrant and so colorful, Rincón, in a privileged location you will find Sunset Paradise Villas, a unique Oceanfront Property.

The shore of our beach is constantly changing, sometimes it has a lot of sand and sometimes the level drops. But the water is always crystal clear, the bottom is sandy, excellent for water sports, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and SUP paddle boarding. Equipment is available for rent at the property.

Usually the water is calm, but in occasions where the sea is affected by some weather system.

When the sand level drops and access from the property is difficult, we have a sandy beach right next to the property. You don't need to take the car to get there.

You could book the whole Sunset Paradise Villas property that counts on eight villas, which also could be booked separately or in combination for 2, 4 ,6 ,8, 10, 14, 18, 22, 28 or up to 50 guests.
