Our lovely lakefront home which takes full advantage of a stunning lake setting with floor to ceiling windows is the ideal location for a family reunion, girls weekend, or family getaway. This spectacular home with over 4000 sq. ft. of living space comfortably sleeps 12. The open living concept with stunning flooring is perfect for sharing time with the family while preparing meals and appreciating the lake view. Read a good book in front of the living room's cozy electric fireplace. The kitchen features a large stove with a main oven and small side broiler, a massive industrial refrigerator and freezer, a new dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. The combined dining space seats 12. The breakfast bar seats an additional 3 people. The main floor features a king bedroom with a gorgeous view of the lake and an electric fireplace. This king bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with newly updated shower, with a queen bedroom that also serves as an office. There is an additional queen master on the main level.

Early risers will love drinking coffee on the spacious deck while viewing the sunrise over the trees. The deck has multiple seating areas, great for a meal, sunbathing, or roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. The deck also features a propane grill.

The lower level is a vacationer's dream. There is a fully-equipped bar area (BYOB), a Pacman game that will enthrall the kids and bring back fond memories for those who are still kids at heart, and a spacious, dart board, and a comfortable family room with a queen sleeper (option to use airbed). The family room boasts a massive 55" flatscreen tv with a dvd player. Step out the sliding glass doors to enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub which sits undercover so can be enjoyed during inclement weather and has a view of the lake. The lower level also has a queen master with an updated corner shower and a bedroom with bunk beds that has access to a hall bathroom.

The property sits on a lovely lot and a half and so provides all the privacy you could want. Idle your time away while swaying in the hammock or swinging on the rope swing. 122' of lake front provides you with easy access to the water. The dock has a step down entry for lake access and launching the kayaks or the paddle boat which are available in season. Relax on the new dock to the sounds of the lake where you might even be paid a visit by the resident Lake of the Woods swans! Fishing gear is available.

This property is located in the lovely gated community, Lake of the Woods in Locust Grove which features a golf course, multiple beaches, two swimming pools (small fee required), multiple playgrounds, and walking trails. Security is never an issue as all visitors are checked in at entrance. Visit the Saturday morning flea market and make sure to plan for Sunday brunch at the clubhouse. The Chancellorsville and Wilderness Battlefield Civil War sites are just minutes away. There is easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Each bedroom includes a flat screen tv with cable. Linens are provided (beds are not made), however, make certain to bring recreation towels for use at the pool, lake, or hot tub.
