The Space:

Welcome to Terry's Run Getaway! With west-facing frontage overlooking Terry's Run, this magnificent waterfront home boasts some of the best sunset views across all of Lake Anna. Primed for your next large family getaway, this spacious lodge comes furnished inside and out for comfortable lake living. The sprawling outdoor space offers plenty of opportunities for boating from the dock and afternoons spent barbecuing and playing lawn games, to a peaceful evening enjoying the hot tub. A cornhole set, ladder ball, two paddleboards, 2 kayaks, a variety of floats/noodles, and lifejackets are all available for use during your stay for fun on and off the water.



Fire up the gas grill on the main deck or kick back in breezy comfort on the fully screened patio. For a quiet moment to yourself, head down to the shady, lakeside hammock for an afternoon nap. In the evenings, everyone can gather around the firepit to share stories and roast s'mores.



The great room's gorgeous gas fireplace, large smart TV, and plush seating are sure to make the perfect centerpiece for group gatherings. Even more family fun awaits downstairs, with highlights including a foosball table and a smart TV entertainment center. The impressive kitchen is more than equipped to easily handle family-style meal prep.



In addition to home essentials like complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi internet, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer, a Level 2 electric vehicle charger is also provided for added convenience.



Boat Dock details: This home has a private boat dock that guests are welcome to tie up their boats to. Please bring your own ropes. It also has a floating dock that guests are welcome to bring their jet skis and tie up to. Enough space for 2 jet skis.



Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, boat dock, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Enjoy Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- 12 Adults Maximum.

- No Smoking.

- No Pets.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $40 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
