☀ AC unit cannot be turned below 68 it will cause damage to the thermostat.

☀ Under-age drinking in the house is strictly prohibited!
☀ It is not an ocean, it is a lake and there are several beaches within the area of the lake for those people staying at the lake as well as several pools that can be used.
☀ Strictly up to 14 guests only
☀ Guests are required to wear life jackets while using the paddle boat, kayaks, or paddle boards.
☀ Please note that this is a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, kindly provide guest lists in advance
☀ The beaches the golf course the clubhouse and the equestrian center are available to anybody who has access to the lake as this is a gated community
☀ There are two pool passes. But extra guest passes can be obtained. The house has a great water view.
☀ Check-in would be with the security guard at the gated entrance. There is plenty of parking in the House.
☀ Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
☀ Kayak is available at the property for guest use.
☀ A $500 fee applies if equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen.
☀ For your safety, please wear a life jacket at all times while using the kayak or enjoying the lake.
☀ Yard games will also be provided for your enjoyment during your stay!
