This Beach Front condo is located on the 3rd floor of Tower III at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, overlooking the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Tower III is located just left of the famous 11,500-square-foot lagoon pool. The sugar-white sand is right outside your door.! Beginning March 1, 2025 our guests can play Pickleball, Tennis, Basketball, Shuffleboard and use the Fitness Center absolutely FREE! (Golf Course has fees).

The bright living area of the condo offers a 40" flat-screen high-definition television with Wi-Fi for ROKU streaming, a comfortable Rowe swivel chair, a pub table for dining or playing games, and a queen-size Rowe slipcovered sofa sleeper. A mirrored wall enhances your view of the sandy beach, gulf waves, and breath-taking sunsets from the entire living and kitchen area. Enjoy watching the activity of the beach or simply listening to the sound of the waves as you relax and read a good book. (Sheets and linens for the queen size sofa bed are provided).

A private beach-front balcony with sliding glass door is just off the living area which offers comfortable seating and over-looks one of the resorts best hot tubs, a heated swimming pool in winter months, and of course the magnificent beach. The view from this third-floor condo is picture-perfect; high enough for privacy and un-obstructed views – yet close enough to the beach to watch the activity.

The kitchen has upgraded cabinets and countertop. It offers full-size black stainless appliances and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, glasses, china, and flatware. Every convenience of home – even a crock pot is available to prepare those worry-free meals as you enjoy the beach and great resort amenities. An eat-in bar with four bar stools is the perfect place to have that lunch snack before heading back down to the pool. A pub table for two perfect for a romantic dinner. Amazing views of the entire beach can be enjoyed from the kitchen area.

We just completed a bathroom renovation in September 2025. We installed a new bathroom vanity, new commode and a gorgeous tile walk-in shower. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. A built-in hair dryer is available for your convenience. New paint, baseboards and door trim were also completed in September 2025.

The King Banana Leaf bed has high quality linens and new BeautyRest Plush mattresses. A large closet, nightstand and a 7-drawer chest provide storage space. The bedroom is equipped with a 32" flat screen tv mounted on the wall above the chest. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the bedroom closet. Black out drapes in the bedroom allow you to sleep in on your vacation.


A new large capacity LG washer/dryer is available in the unit as well as a full-size black stainless dishwasher. A starter supply of garbage bags, dish detergent and toilet paper are provided.

-->The Edgewater Guest Registration Resort Fee is included with your booking and includes one parking pass. You will receive your car pass at the security gate the day of arrival. One additional parking pass can be purchased if needed.

This is a Non-Smoking/Vaping condo along with a Fully Enforced NO PET Policy. There must be an adult age 25 years or older at all times staying in the condo.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service Resort in Panama City Beach. On the Property is Ocean's Restaurant & Bar, Edgies Corner Market (serving Starbucks Coffee), a complete Fitness Center w/massage therapist, 10 Lighted Tennis Courts, 2 Basketball courts, 11 Swimming pools including the resort's huge Lagoon pool, 4 hot tubs, Kids Adventure Zone with Splash Pad for the little ones, Dive-In Movies by the pool (seasonal), a golf course and Security 24 hrs 7 days a week. There is a fee for Golf paid at the Club of Edgewater.
