Your fabulous beach vacation starts here in this lovely 2nd floor front-corner unit of Pelican’s Landing. It captures a great view of the ocean and along with well appointed accommodations, it offers the perfect recipe to a perfect vacation, in a home away from home. Whether sitting on the living room screened balcony or the non-screened bedroom balcony, you will capture the feeling and sounds of Southern comfort that only a beach vacation can offer. The elevator is within steps to the unit that takes you within steps to the warmth of the Myrtle Beach sand.
Within walking distance there is a sub shop, pizza shop, the Flip Flop bar/restaurant, general store, ice cream shop and bike rentals. Great to pick up some last minute items, a snack or souvenirs. The ever popular Ocean Annie's Bar can be entered from the beach and offers nightly music during peak periods.
Being on the front corner, 2nd floor with a screened balcony, it provides a great view of the ocean to relax or just to 'people watch, before or after coming back from the beach. The balcony is great for early morning breakfast, hanging out at night, or for quiet time to read or capture the sounds of the ocean when the sun goes down.
Shore Drive is a private drive and walking distance to the general store and a few bar/restaurants. This Shore Drive area is located centrally with great things to do. Within 3-10 miles you can enjoy great shopping from Barefoot Landing, north of us, to Broadway at the Beach, south of us and the ever popular Restaurant Row in between. Some of the great things to do and see include: House of Blues, Tanger Outlets at 17, Pirate's Voyage, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe', Margaritaville and Nascar Cafe'Mini Kart Park. Located close by is a Super Wal-Mart and a 24-hour Kroger. Kroger is within a large plaza with a variety of shops. The famous 'Restaurant Row' is within just a couple miles along Highway 17, whatever is your pallet don't not forget the over 100 golf courses, one of which is the Arcadian, you will pass it as you head to the ocean and onto Shore Drive.

Loved it

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. The porches with the ocean view and spectacular skies can’t be beat! Love this area of Myrtle beach. Close to everything but quiet for families with young kids. Kimm was great to rent from as she made everything easy with excellent communication. Can’t say enough positive things about our great week of spring break. Will definitely be back! Thanks

Felt Unwelcomed

The host and condo itself were both great. The condo could use some updates, but we didnt spend too much time inside, so it wasn't a major issue. If you're traveling with a group of people, Pelicans Landing may not be the location you want. My family of 6 was part of a group of 16, 10 of which were kids (ages 4-17). There were complaints of too many kids in the pool, when the pool isn't big to begin with. We weren't able to sit on the balcony without the smell of Marijuana coming from neighboring balconies.

Fantastic 2 week late autumn vacation...

We stayed at the apartment for two weeks, and we had a great time. The first week there were 4 adults and 3 younger children, and the second week there was just the two of us. Whether for 7 people or for 2, the apartment met all our needs. The apartment has two balconies and it was nice to sit out on the main balcony and listen to the waves while enjoying a meal. Once you exit the building the beach is less than a 30 second walk away. Kimm was fantastic to deal with, and everything was seamless. Would we stay again, well we have already booked another 2 weeks for next year, so that answers that question. The rental charge for this unit is exceptionally reasonable. Once again thank you very much Kimm.

Perfect Beach Location!

The house was perfect for our needs. It had plenty of cooking items, beach toys, and bath towels. We used the washer and dryer throughout our stay, which made it so nice to leave with a suitcase full of clean clothes! TVs in every bedroom made the kids happy! We also loved that we were steps off the beach and had a private pier from the condo to the sand. We walked down to Apache Pier, Ocean Annie’s, and drove to tons of nearby attractions and restaurants. Walmart, Kroger, and shopping are 5 minutes away as well. The Tanger Outlets were awesome and we found some great deals! We also spent a day at Wonderworks and enjoyed walking to nearby shops and exploring the area! Great location. Condo had no new updates, but we didn’t need all of that. It was cozy and perfect for our family of 5.

Had a nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Mmm, the owner, was an absolute pleasure - checking in on us a couple times. It really is such a nice location- this area of Myrtle Beach is hands down, the very best. Thank you Kimm and Craig.

Family vacation

My wife and I joined with our adult son and daughter and our son's girlfriend and spent a week at this property. We were in the ocean absolutely every day. We didn't not have a vehicle with us but everything was within walking distance for groceries restaurants etc. However, we did rent a vehicle one day to go into North Carolina as well as do a little extra. Angel the property maintenance person as well as Kim the property owner were both available anytime we had questions or needs and were very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone. My wife as we were leaving said, "this was our best vacation to date."

Great family vacation!

We really loved being able to walk down to the beach every day! There was enough room for the family to spread out and it was tastefully decorated ( though we did have to move some of the lamps and knick knacks so our little ones wouldn't destroy them.) Communication was excellent and they were impressively able to get a repair person over for a appliance repair within 24 hours!!

Just the vacation we needed…

Our stay was amazing! Kimm sent us info by mail so that we we knew what to expect upon arrival. It was easy peasy finding the condo, checking in, etc. Everything was super clean. We had more than enough cooking items so that we were able to eat at home multiple nights. And the location… WOW! STEPS away from the beach. It was beautiful. Kimm checked in on us via VRBO while we were there to ensure our stay was going well. Kimm also provided several recommendations on places to eat and things to do. It was really great. We’re excited to make this our new yearly vacation spot. 💚

Fantastic rental

Clean and stocked well dishwasher had some issues but rentor promised to have it fixed. Had a great vacation and hope to rent this unit again

Great Stay

We love this area. Condo was clean and well furnished.We had one minor issue that was of our own doing and Kimm was very helpful, very accommodating, and very quick to get back to us. Would stay there again.

It was ok

We were short on everything. Sheets, forks, dishwasher detergent, plates-everything. Then when I read through the check out procedure, we were supposed to leave the bedspreads, mattress pads and pillow shams on the bed as we left. Apparently, they don’t wash those between guests.

Myrtle Beach has always been our family’s favorite vacation spot and we always considered this our home away from home. In January 2018 my husband and I purchased it from my parents and we hope to continue on the legacy. Our family has made so many beautiful memories here and we hope when you stay, you’ll make some new wonderful memories too.
