This top, 3rd floor, unit is appointed with a soft, pastel beach decor and is highlighted by a huge skylight over the dining area, offering a bright and inviting atmosphere. Also, being on the top floor eliminates having noise above, which is important to some guests. Whether you enjoy breakfast on the screened living room deck, capturing the view of the ocean or enjoy relaxing after a day at the beach, your expectations of a dream vacation will have been complete. Located across Shore drive, you’re just steps away from enjoying a day at the beach or relaxing at the spacious pool facilities behind our building. It includes pavilions, grills and everything you need to enjoy outdoor cooking with family and friends, plus a play area for the little vacationers. Also enjoy a second pool located right before entering the beach.
The master bedroom is equipped with queen size bed, private bath (shower), TV and balcony with ocean/beach view. The guest room also has also a queen size bed with TV
and 1/2 bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and TV. There is a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway.
Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen, grilling by pool or eating out in one of the many restaurants as we are located within minutes of the famous ‘restaurant row’.
There is free WiFi, DVD player.
Towels and linens are provided at no charge.

A dream vacation!

Perfect! Theresa was super wonderful to work with, walked us through every step. The home was perfect, clean and a few steps from the beach. We used the balcony every morning and every night. You can hear the ocean waves! We will be back for sure! Thank you so much!

Great Stay

Perfect for our needs! Communications with Teresa were great from the beginning. She answered all my questions, had a packet with directions and passed sent to us, checked on during our stay. Checking in was easy and the condo was clean and ready. Location was great, close to everything just across from the beach ( we could see and hear the ocean). Fantastic stay.

Great location, great place to stay, great people to rent from makes for a stress free relaxation vacation. Ocean view, top floor, quiet, clean, everything you can ask for. Would recommend this place to anyone. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Very lovely condo

This condo is tucked away across the street with a tiny ocean view but it’s a short walk to the beach. I loved that the property is code locked from the beach and to all the pools. The condo was quiet lovely and clean. Stocked with anything you may need. Host was super nice and friendly as well :) Definitely keep this one in my favorites for the area.

The pictures are a true reflection of what you get. It’s was clean & in a quiet area. Across the street from the beach and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Owner Mrs. Teresa & here Housekeeper Angel we’re very helpful. Condo provided everything my family needed and some extras. We will definitely visit again!!!

Excellent place to stay

A year ago my family decided to go to Myrtle Beach and we found a condo online. The property manager was so easy to work with. The condo was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. The location of the condo was perfect, just across the road from the beach and the pool in the back of the condo was wonderful. Very pleased and ready to book again for next year.

Quiet paradise

We have stayed here two times and would love to come back. The views are amazing from the minute you’re driving down the hill on Lake Arrowhead Road. It looks like you’re driving into the ocean. The condo complex is very nice and quiet. The condo is clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The Two balconies have perfect beach and oceanfront views and one is screened with a table/chairs. The back pool is very well maintained and there are plenty of chairs. We didn’t use the pool at the beach. Very short walk to the beach 🏖 and Apache Pier. Thank you Theresa for sharing your beach home ❤️

Worst condo I’ve ever rented

I’ll start with the positive, our vacation was ruined by ida. So we booked this condo last minute. It was one of the only ones available and I can see why. When we arrived it was obviously dated but since we were last minute booking we were grateful. It only got worse from there . The A/C did not work and we had to buy fans .The owner had provided inaccurate codes, the beds were hard as rocks, the televisions were at least 20 years old, and there were only 2 . The patio furniture had rust and the dining room table was glass and not attached to the bottom, the dining chairs were old and tipped over. This is not a kid friendly property at all. We supplied our own sheets, and after checkout the landowner said she was keeping my deposit due to bloody pads in the bathroom however no one was menstrating, she accused us of stealing her towels but they were left not only clean but folded in a basket in the bedroom, trash was removed, beds were stripped and dishwasher was started all to her specifications. This is a money hungry owner who will bold face lie to keep her deposits and who refused to update a condo that could easily be the back drop for an 80s Miami vice episode. Other than booking us last minute this was a vacation home from hell.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years with our family and have made many memories. We live up North and coming South, it is such a pleasure to feel the Southern sun. Our children have literally grown up here, year after year, always making it a point to eat at our favorite places and playing miniature golf at the same courses. The memories made such an impact that our daughter and son-in-law have since purchased their own place here on Shore Drive so they can make more memories with our grandkids.

We purchased property in this area of Shore Drive as it has always been a favorite with many things to do. So many restaurants have been added over time and so much shopping and entertainment is here to be enjoyed by visitors and our guests. We are close to shopping for daily needs, ie., 24 hour Walmart and large Kroger. It’s just a short drive to the famous Tanger outlets, many boutiques, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach... great places to visit for restaurants, entertainment and shopping.... not to mention golf courses, for it’s what Myrtle Beach has always been known...a lot of miniature golf, too!

JUST CAN’T BEAT IT!!!

Our condo is truly a ‘home away from home”. The pastel shades of beach makes it so relaxing and enjoyable and the large skylight with a roof, mini blind, lets all the light in without the hot sun. The skylight has it’s own lighting switch for sitting at the table for your evening meal. You and your guests can mull around the spacious condo doing your own thing while others may want to nap in their private bedroom, or just sit on the deck after a day at the beach with a cold drink, there is no better feeling.
The screened deck has a great view that overlooks the area.
Whether you choose sitting at the beach with a good book, spending the day in the ocean/pool or shopping your heart out, you will make memories that you will never forget.
