Unit T443 is a 2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 1st floor of Pacific Terrace.

Limited ocean views, but just steps to the Beach. King bed in the main bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD player.Ā  Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay. Small courtyard in the back of the unit.

No pets are allowed in this unit. Owners sometimes bring their dog.

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool. There is NO access to a hot tub.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Family beach trip

We all enjoyed our stay. I was greatful to have found an effortable way to spend a couple of days with my adult children at the beach. Everyone we encounter were nice and helpful. The place itself may be a bit dated, but it was priced in such a way that it was not a problem forus.

Summer Break

We were disappointed. Room was very dated. Appeared to be furnished with garage sale items. Holes and cracks in ceiling were not repaired. Unit had a funky smell. Front window curtain was filthy. We have stayed in a number of VRBO units and this was definitely the worst. The unit did not match the rating.

Outdated unit

Very outdated, smelt like a old dusty place. Lots of broken, outdated pieces. Blood/food stains on front blinds looked like a murder happened. Probably wonā€™t stay again. Checking in and out was simple.

Beautiful Area-Next to none boat parking

The area was beautiful and the rental was nice. However, we ended up leaving and cancelling the rest of the stay due to boat parking issues, permanent resident confrontations, and so forth. We were told there was boat parking and that was not the case. I went back and forth with Gearhart by the Sea to make sure there was ample boat parking. I booked this trip almost 2 months in advance. We were not allowed to park near the unit we were staying in even though there was ample room there. Then we parked on the street and Gearhart by the see did not want our big truck and big boat parked in front of the restaurant and management office. We wasted a day and a half of our only vacation trying to find a hotel for the night until we could get into another VRBO clear up in Westport, WA that had boat parking. We worked nonstop overtime for the past 2 years because of those who would not work during Covid. We had to pay another service fee from VRBO, get Washington fishing and shell licenses, along with all the gas wasted and we all know how the gas prices are right now. This was beyond infuriating as we travelled clear from Meridian, Idaho. If you have a boat, do not stay here. You are not welcome.

Great time!

Actually ended up being moved to a different condo that was a bit smaller and slept less people which was disapointing but worked out fine. Condo we had was lovely and quick walk to beach but it was noisy at times from other lodgers and doors slamming made it not always relaxing. Overall our stay was nice tho.

We actually were moved to a different place due to the covid 19 pandemic. However, the place we stayed in was great.! Ocean views , elk grazing, and the view of the comet. Loved the place

Close to the beach and in a great area!

The check in is easy. Itā€™s close to the beach and in a great area! Not too far from Cannon Beach and Seaside. If you are looking for a bargain this is a great place to stay!

Away from Seaside.

The property was very nice. The unit provided was not the unit promised. We were told we could upgrade for additional cost. I said that a ocean view unit was what we ask for and thought we paid for. Not so, we can change you unit at our discretion. We will go back to Seaside to the Salt works cottage on our next trip.

Great location.

We loved the short walk to the beach. The place itself had everything we needed, but it did need some deep cleaning especially the bathrooms. Overall it was a good stay as we were out and about most of the time anyway.

Awesome beachside location

We enjoyed our visit to the Oregon coast for our nieceā€™s wedding in Warrington. Great location to beach, Seaside, and Astoria. Our grand daughters enjoyed the beach every day during our visit.

Right on the beach

The location was awesome... Right on the beach. The condo itself was clean, and also had daily maid service which also restocked a duraflame for the fireplace. My only complaints would be that the showerhead in both bathrooms need replaced, the bed were pretty hard, and if there are neighbors above you, you will know it. All in all had a great trip. The location was perfect, and the staff was awesome. Will stay here again.

Comfy, nice space and clean.

The space was perfect for 5 of us. 2 adults and 3 kids. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Be aware that if there is anyone above you, you will hear every step they take. This place is super close to the beach (less than 100 yards away) and near some pretty good food places. All in all, we were very happy and comfortable. It was perfectly furnished with everything you could need. The wifi worked really well and was password proteagain.This place actually looked nicer than the pictures showed for once :) We would gladly stay here again.
