GREAT REVIEWS

Beautifully styled townhouse in a gated community. Balcony off second bedroom has a sunset view and a lovely lighted waterfall. Well equipped granite kitchen, large living room, large 4k TV and games. Master has built-in TV and fireplace. Granite gas fireplace in the living room. Bedrooms and baths are on opposite ends of each other for quiet and privacy from other guests (or kids). DVD movies (LOTS of movies) and access to Netflix and Hulu. NEW front load HE washer and dryer next to the kitchen.

Wonderful Place To Stay

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and had a good lay out for our family. My brother and nephew were able to stay at one end of the house while my husband and I had the other end. Our daughter slept in the living room. Plenty of room for us to be together and spread out at the same time. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub every evening after visiting the numerous beaches around the area during the day. Such a relaxing way to spend the evenings together. The owner, Bruce was very helpful right from the start. He answered all of my questions and responded quickly. He provided lots of information for us and we found his place had everything that we needed for a great vacation. We would recommend this place to stay and would stay here again if ever in the area. Thanks again Bruce.

Spacious Condo near Lower Peters Canyon

The condo is located near many trails, shopping centers, coffee shops, etc. The living space is located on the second floor with the garage below. The living room and master bath are spacious and both include TVs with Netflix, Ruku, etc. The condo is off two major arterials and is convenient to the toll road and freeway.

Great place to stay!

Our family really loved staying here. The pool was close and never busy. The kids really enjoyed the xbox. We were a lot closer to theme parks than we thought we would be. Bruce was very accommodating and answered our questions right away. We honestly have no complaints other than we wish we couldve stayed longer!

Great location but not the cleanest place.

This property is in a great location if your heading to Disneyland. It’s in a secure gated community which I liked. The pool is about a 5 min walk, give or take a few min less. The description says heated but it’s very cold! We tried to take a dip but it was just too cold. The hot tub was very nice. I found the house itself to be cozy but not very clean. The rugs are very dirty and it didn’t seem to be cleaned very well when we arrived. There is a nice waterfall outside the balcony which was soothing at night. The owner must really like dogs , there are pictures of service dogs and other dogs in the house which I found very nice. The house has it perks but wouldn’t stay here again.

Mixed reviews

We just returned from a week-long stay and have mixed reviews. It did have an absolutely perfect location - less than 30 minutes to Disneyland and less than 10 to a huge shopping / restaurant area. The gated neighborhood was nice and the community pool was incredible. However, it was strange having so many personal items throughout (innocently opening a cabinet and finding prescription meds was a shock). We even joked about putting post it notes on all the drawers and cabinets that were filled with personal items, just so we'd stop opening them, while looking for something in the kitchen! The decor and furnishings could also use an update - cracked light switches, dented blinds, bathroom fan not working, broken drawers, etc. Oh and don't plan on using the bikes, unless they get repaired beforehand.

Hidden gem

Great townhouse in a quiet gated community. It was perfect for my family trip to Knott's berry farm. 25 minutes away from Knott's and all OC beaches. 7 minute drive from grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

Wonderful place in a wonderful area.

The place was great for us. We had 4 adults and no children so the 2 bedroom setup was perfect. The rooms are on the opposite side of the place so there is plenty of privacy. The owner was awesome to work with. Very detailed instructions were sent ahead of time and we stayed in contact throughout the stay. We didn’t get in the pool, but it looked awesome. We will definitely keep this place on our shortlist when visiting the area in the future.
