Unit provides for a breakfast nook and main eating area. There are three televisions (main area, master bedroom, and den) with cable. We also have a sit-stand desk for those working remote. Internet access is provided. Minimum of one month rental and transfer fee of $375 provides occupants at same address full access to all amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and various pools.
