Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.
Condo has 2 tv with Spectrum cable box in master bedroom and living room, another TV are without cable box, you can connect with PC or flash disk only.
Pet friendly property., max two small dogs. A $150 per pet per stay fee would be inccurred for guest with pets.

Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar. This minimum applies to food purchases only, does not include beverages of any kind or gratuity.
Owner prefer full month rent during season (January - March).
Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.
