An upscale gated community featuring an Arthur Hill designed 27 hole golf course, Har-Tru Tennis courts, pro shops, two resort style pools complete with hot tubs, Tiki-bar and an outstanding Tuscan inspired clubhouse which offers both casual and fine dining experiences from it’s Grill Room and Bar.

This condo is fresh, clean, and furnished to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. The living room features a large Flat screen TV. The adjacent lanai is perfect for those morning coffees or afternoon cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, separate dining table and beautiful views. The master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV, a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom and adjacent main bathroom. The den features a work desk and wireless printer for your convenience. Cable TV, WiFi, U.S. and Canada phone service is included.

River Strand

We have stayed in over 30 properties in our travels and this one was one of the best with what was available to us. The condo kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking. The private storage room had beach things, bikes and other miscellaneous items for our use. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. The owners were very responsive. The availability of the golf course was an added benefit for me. The small pool was just a short walk from the unit. We enjoyed the view of the pond, palm trees and golf course through the glass doors daily. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay / great hosts

Everything you could possibly want! The condo was perfectly situated at Riverstrand, with access to all activities. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean, with all the necessary equipment and amenities. Hosts Pauline and Marc were available by phone if needed (no need but nice to know), and the neighbors were very friendly.

Beautiful condo in a convenient location!

The owners are magnificent. We moved from out of state & bought a house while there. There were some hiccups (mostly from hurricanes Helene & Milton), but when we needed a few extra days as a result, they accommodated & took care of everything! It’s on a golf course in front of a water hazard and just pleasant to stay in. Roomy and per-friendly. Wonderful home & hosts!!

Best spot ever

Recently moved to area, opened their doors to us so we could get out of hotel! Amazing neighborhood for golfing, swimming, and family fun. Great stay! Recommend 10/10!

Amazing Community

First, Marc and Pauline were so easy to work with. Their place is all set for a winter in the sun. The complex has fantastic golf courses and we loved the heated pools. We enjoyed quite a few dinners from the clubhouse and they were all good too. The condo is easy to access on the first floor and has everything we needed for a 6 month stay. Thanks for lending us your home!!

Marc and Pauline’s River Strand Condo

We would rate this as a 5 star property. The unit is conveniently located on the main level, backing onto the 6th tee of the Estuary Golf Course and directly across the street from the satellite pool. This is a well maintained property with all the amenities of home. Highlights include the two large screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom respectively, the two large sofas in the living room for lounging and the very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. There is even a printer provided for your use in the den. The owners even provided us with new bicycles (not that we are bike riders) and beach chairs. They wanted us to feel like we were at home during our stay and we did just that. Whether you play golf, tennis or pickle ball or enjoy going for a walk, River Strand is a great community which we would highly recommend. As a testament, we have already booked this property for a period again next year. Jim and Julie Hackett

Wonderful Condo

My wife and I stayed at this property for 7 weeks and had a terrific time. The owners Marc and Pauline went out of their way to make our vacation memorable. They checked with us often to make sure we had no problems. The condo was very nice and had all of the cooking utensils we would ever need. The 55 inch television in the living room was great to watch and the lanai overlooking the golf course was a very relaxing place for my wife and me to have a drink at the end of a busy day. Our cat Jumby also gave a paws up for the lanai ! Look no further than this condo if you want an excellent vacation experience and caring owners who have become friends.

Gorgeous Condo!!

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo in March 2018. This condo is the real deal!! This lovely condo has beautiful furnishings and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked plus a Weber grill was available too. This condo had everything and anything you would need in renting a property plus also provided bikes and beach equipment. This two bedroom condo was very spacious and just loved the first floor location, overlooking the golf course with beautiful vistas of nature. The owners, Pauline and Marc were wonderful and checked in with us and were so helpful in making sure our stay was perfect. Staying at this well-appointed condo was the way to spend a Florida vacation!! We can’t wait to return to this fabulous condo!! Thank You!! Anne and Ed T.

INCREDIBLE!

It's difficult to sum up our stay in just a few words, but I'll do my best. The condo was beautiful, clean, in a wonderful location, quiet, and beyond comfortable. It's in a beautiful gated community on a 27-hole golf course. There is a beautiful clubhouse as well, which includes fitness center, tennis, yoga classes etc (all included with the $200 one-time membership transfer fee). There is a nice pool directly across the condo, about 100 yards walking distance. The backyard overlooks the tee box for one of the holes. The condo is beautifully furnished with everything you could need, from towels to kitchen supplies (and even a grill in the patio!) I highly recommend this home, Pauline and Marc were great hosts, who constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We came with our fur-baby and he loved it as well! (There are residents in the community who can walk your dogs while you're away!) We stayed for two months, and cannot thank the wonderful hosts enough for the great experience! We will be back!

The condo was very nice. It was clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved our stay here. The condo was close to the golf course and there was so much else to do. The owners Marc and Pauline were very pleasant and there were no issues during our stay. We would recommend this condo.

Well equipped condo!

This condo has everything you need in the lovely comminity of River Strand. Kitchen is very nicely equipped for all levels of cooking. The condo is well appointed. Communication was directly with the owners, Pauline & Marc. Pauline was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in February 2017.

Lovely condo and fun month at River Strand!!

We loved our stay at River Strand. The condo was nicely decorated, well stocked and very comfortable!! Pauline and Marc, the owners, are so nice and helpful. The 27 holes of golf were great and we meet so many nice and interesting people. Great escape from the cold!!

Very nice Condo in golf community

This was a very nice Condo, we had a great stay. Very nicely furnished, nicely updated and clean. Would highly recommend, especially for golfers.

We are from Ontario, Canada and we are very close to retirement. We love spending time at the ocean and taking tropical vacations. River Strand gives us the opportunity to be active, to meet new friends, and to relax by the pool side or in our lanai.

This property appealed to us as there are so many activities to do. You can be busy playing tennis, pickle ball, or golf. There are two fitness centres with state of the art equipment. You can also enjoy walking, biking, or sitting in the lanai overlooking the pond. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere is wonderfully inviting.

You will enjoy a well decorated and up to date facility with all of the latest amenities. The ground floor condo allows you to have easy access to the grounds from the lanai which also makes it ideal for pets.
