Little Bear Trap is the perfect home for your Dale Hollow Lake adventure. You'll be on the water quick; the home is less than 1 mile from Eagle Cove Marina's ramp and 9 minutes from Star Point. Dale Hollow has beautiful, clear water and is an excellent lake for wake boarding, water skiing, tubing, boating, and one of the best lakes in the country for fishing. The #1 and #2 national record smallmouth bass were both caught here at Dale Hollow. The hiking trails are some of the most beautiful and scenic in the nation.

Little Bear Trap features a large living room, 2 baths, a well stocked kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. Every room has a ceiling fan and the house is equipped with central air and heat. There is also plenty of room if you have air mattresses and we have 2 single cots that we can offer if you give us notice. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen high definition television, dresser, and a private full bathroom. The American room has a queen size bed, a large dresser, a closet, and is decorated with rustic American charm. The Bear bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and a sliding glass door leading out to the back deck. The American room and Bear bedroom share a bathroom located right off the living room. A washer and dryer are available for your use if needed.

The living room has a couch, loveseat, and a few chairs for lounging around. The large flat screen television has a great selection of high definition channels. We have a blueray/DVD player and over a 100 movies to pick from.

The kitchen is well stocked with service for at least 8 people. It features a stove/oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, grilling utensils, plates, cups, mugs, silverware, dish towels, paper towels, and a few of the more used condiments.

Each bathroom is stocked with hand soap and toilet paper, but you should plan to bring your favorite toiletries and maybe a few towels.

The back deck is our favorite place! There is a porch swing, a large outdoor patio table that seats 6, a gas grill, a pitboss Kamado charcoal grill (ceramic egg), a few extra chairs, corn hole boards, stairs that lead down to the woods and a fire pit area with a few chairs for chilly nights. There's a tiny creek that leads down to the lake. It's a very steep drop behind the barn and fire pit area down to the creek bed.

We have a covered carport for your vehicle or boat. If you plan on fishing while you're here, there is a motion light to light up the parking area (for late nights and early mornings) and a power cord on the side of the carport to plug in your trickle charger.

The location of the home is Skyler Lane off of Eagle Cove Road, which is 2 minutes from Eagle Cove Marina but it is also around a 9 minute drive to Star Point Marina. Both Marinas offer boat rentals (fishing boat, ski boat, pontoon, jet ski, and canoe rental), boat slips and covered slips available.
