Overlooking a Slice of Heaven Near Dale Hollow Lake - Unit A - Pet Friendly

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit is located less than 1 mile from Dale Hollow Lake in Byrdstown, TN. Dale Hollow Lake is over 30 miles long with at least 688 miles of shoreline that offers fishing, swimming, boating, tubing, waterskiing, wake boarding and more. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes pots, pans, table service and more. A gas grill is also provided for your outdoor grilling and barbecues. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings from the covered porch after spending a day on beautiful Dale Hollow Lake. Spend the evening relaxing around your campfire. Firewood is provided at no charge. Kitchen, bath towels and bedding is also provided. Up to two dogs are permitted in this cabin and there is a weight limit of 40 pounds. No cats are permitted. We also have plenty of room to park boat trailers with ease.
To see our second pet friendly unit visit Cabin B at www.VRBO/506978. Dale Hollow Lake is not a private lake, so you are welcome to bring your own watercraft. You can launch your boat at a nearby marina at no charge. If you want to keep a boat in the water during your stay, there are covered rental slips nearby. There are also places to rent all types of watercrafts - You can even rent pontoon boats with slides and gas grills. If you prefer to drift in a secluded cove or go tubing on your way to a restaurant, Dale Hollow offers it all. What are you waiting for? Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Last Minute Quick Trip

We took a last minute family trip to DHL and found the accommodations to be exactly what we needed. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend away. We will definitely be renting again in the future!

A little slice of Heaven!

This cabin is small but perfect for 4 people! We fell in love immediately with the cabin and area! Jeff, the owner, is amazing with communication! We will definitely stay again!

Great stay!

We had a great time! The cabin is exactly how it is described in the listing! The host Jeff has been amazing! My only suggestion would be to relocate the satellite dish as we didn’t have service the whole weekend because the satellite was out. Not a big deal for us, we played games and listened to the Bose radio provided! We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful

The cabin was perfect and the scenery was beyond comparison. Close to Dale Hollow but also secluded and peaceful.

Cozy cabin minutes from Dale Hollow

What a wonderful place! I stayed at Cabin B with my boyfriend and our friend for a short notice five-day escape to Dale Hollow Lake. We picked this place for several reasons including its close proximity to Sunset Marina (9 minutes tops), affordability, and amenities. Our expectations were exceeded! Jeff answered all questions in a timely manner prior to the trip which made planning and packing easier. He met us at the cabin upon our arrival and was just as accommodating in person as he was in text. He even wore a face covering around us despite the rest of the town's lacking to do so. He showed us everything the rental had to offer including where we could help ourselves to firewood. Jeff was also continuously available when we needed. Recent lightning had knocked out the WiFi right before we got there, but Jeff was already on it and had a new system installed and running by our second day. This didn't affect our vacation at all, and we didn't experience any issues after that. The view of the farm hills from the front porch is gorgeous - we especially enjoyed it while sitting in the gliding chairs and sipping the provided coffee every morning we were there. The quaint cabin was well stocked and met our culinary needs (we made every meal at the cabin). We also enjoyed using the propane grill on the porch. There's quite a bit of distance between cabins A+B, so the only interaction we had with the neighboring renters was in passing. It was very helpful to have a sink and mirror in the queen bedroom! Fresh towels were provided mid-trip as well. We also had frequent visits from Josie and Rufus, the neighbors' dogs, which for animal lovers like ourselves was welcome! Next time we will consider bringing our dog. Anytime we travel in a small group like that again, Jeff's cabins are our first choice!

Peaceful Vacation

Enjoyed our stay so much very peaceful and quite setting. Dale Hollow Lake was Just beautiful. Jeff our host was very friendly and had a very good sense of humor. We now consider him one of our friends.

Peaceful

The property was very peaceful! We seen deer in the field almost every night. The cabin was clean, and in a great location, very close to Dale Hollow lake. Jeff was a great host. He shared information about the area that was very helpful!

Relaxing Weekend

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Heaven's Hideaway. The cabin was set up perfectly with everything we needed. Jeff was a great host, extremely personable and responsive. He pointed us in the right direction to find good places to go fishing and other attractions in the area. I would definitely stay her again.

This place is wonderful!

The house is so cozy and sweet! My husband, our 2 daughters, and I stayed there comfortably! Gorgeous view and we enjoyed the fire pit and picnic table very much. The property manager is such a nice guy! He will take excellent care of you while you are there. Great place to relax

Visit to Dale Hollow Lake area

Living area was small but comfortable. Loved slider chairs on front porch. Being in country with beautiful view of farm was nice too. Nice gas grill to cook on. Owner welcomed us with hot homemade biscuits & plum jam. Both were delicious.

Wonderful Getaway

The cabin was perfect for my husband and I to get away we've had a lot of stress at home during the last six months due to my mother's illness and this was the perfect stress reliever.Rodger was awesome and the biscuits and jelly he brought were fantastic.the only issue we had was one day when we came in off the light the air head quit working we called Rodger and he was quck to go and pick up an air conditioner for the window but fortunately we were able to get the central air working again. All in all I would give it a 9.9 out of 10 we had a wonderful week thank you Roger.

Wonderful little cabin!

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. Roger was stellar with communication right from booking. He texted several times before our arrival to make sure everything would be to our liking and to ensure we had good directions. He met us when we arrived and we enjoyed chatting with him. The next morning we woke up to delicious biscuits and homemade jelly! The cabin itself was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. WiFi was a little sketchy much to the chagrin of our teenage daughter but we weren’t bothered by it. We cooked out on the grill one night and ate at one of the restaurants Roger recommended the other night. Sunset Marina was right up the road and easy to get to. All in all a wonderful stay and we hope to come out again!!!

Perfect!

This was a perfect getaway for us to spend a few days on Dale Hollow! Highly recommended. The square footage on this posting says 396 which made me nervous but it is larger than that I think. We had 4 adults and it was plenty of room. Could have fit more if we wanted to... we grilled out for dinner each night and there was a fire pit and wood we could have used if wanted. The cabin was so clean and comfortable! HIGHLY recommended. We will be back soon!

We decided we wanted to share this hidden treasure with the rest of the world by purchasing a couple of rentals. The lake is not a private lake so you are welcome to bring your own watercraft. You can launch a boat at a nearby marina at no charge. There are also places to rent all types of watercrafts and covered slips nearby. You can even rent pontoon boats with slides and gas grills! Whether you prefer drifting in a secluded cove or tubing your way to a restaurant, Dale Hollow offers it all. What are you waiting for?

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There are so many things to do and places to visit you will never be bored. However, you may just want to sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We have it all right here in Central TN. Dale Hollow Lake we are told is the third cleanest lake in the country and holds the world record for small mouth bass! The welcome center is right here in Byrdstown and has all of the information and brochures to help you plan your vacation. People here are very friendly so don’t be surprised as they smile and say hello or wave to you as you drive by. We look forward to meeting as you enjoy this beautiful lake and this part of the country.
