Construction Update ā€“ Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normalā€”and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

! This is a two bedroom/two bath end unit in tower 4, 11th floor which offers sweeping views of the gulf. There is a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All tile/hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with gorgeous granite countertops and brand new black appliances.


This 1370 sq ft condo has the best floor plan on the beach. All the rooms have floor to ceiling views of the gulf . The large living room has a new 42 ' T V and a new queen sleeper sofa and recliner. The dining room table seats 6 + the breakfast bar seats 3. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet and it has a door that opens onto the huge private balcony . The master bath has a double vanity with a garden tub with shower.. The large guest suite has two queen beds, oversized closet, a door that opens up to the huge private balcony. The guest bath has a double vanity withanother large marble garden tub with shower . Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. We provide free wifi . The kitchen has all of the standard appliances and with the one-of-a-kind floor plan at Long Beach, you can even look at the gulf while doing the dishes!. There is a large washer & dryer in the unit.

Long Beach has 3 pools , the large lagoon pool has waterfalls & palm tree islands . There are 2 heated (seasonal) Polynesian pools & 3 whirlpool spas . The Hangout Grill by the pool is great for lunch & drinks . There are activities available on the beach ( jet skis, para sailing , etc ) for a fee.

Long Beach Resort is near restaurants, golf, mini golf & many family entertainment choices .
You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from any room or on our balcony .

The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge!! The kitchen was well stocked. Great ocean views from all rooms!! The couches were a little hard, but still good. Thanks for a wonderful 2 weeks!

Vacation Stay

Very impressed with the self check-in, condo and the amenities it offered. Having the extra beach chairs and pool floats was very nice. It was in a great location to restaurants, attractions and shops. The security personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was great and had no issues with the elevators. Would definitely stay here on any future visits to Panama City Beach.

Amazing condo

We had the best time.stayig at this condo. It is a corner unit and the view is amazing. The beaches are not crowded and no wait for the elevators. We recommend Amore donuts, gulf coast burgers, and bayou Joe's for dining out. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Nice condo

Love the view and accessibility. The room was great. A good convenient location. Stunning views. The pillow shams needed washing but that was an easy fix. The resort itself outside of the condo could use a little work. The hot tubs were way too hot and no way to adjust the heat. And the heated pools were too cold. But overall this was a nice place to stay.

Long Beach Resort, PCB

The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean in the living room area and in BOTH bedrooms were wonderful. Access to the spacious balcony from both bedrooms as well as from the living area was also a plus. The condo was beautifully furnished. The furniture in the living area has been updated from the pictures on the VRBO site and is lovely and comfortable. The property management staff at Kim's Condos was very responsive and friendly. Check in and check out were super easy. We loved our stay here and would recommend this resort to friends and family.

This condo was beautiful! It was very clean, spacious, and nice. It accommodated our group of 7 perfectly. The pictures of the unit are not current as it has been updated and is much better in person. It is so pretty and we loved the beach theme of it. 1 king, 2 queens, and sleeper sofa, Balcony was large with perfect ocean views. We never have stayed at Long Beach before but will be staying here again for future visits. 10/10 recommend this condo.

Condo was amazing.

This condo was perfect for our family! If you have littles it is great because all of the doors to the balcony had locks on them so they couldnā€™t sneak out on their own. One random thing I loved was the water pressure in showers. Most places we stay have horrible water pressure and it always takes forever to wash hair but this condo has great pressure. Also loved the large tubs. No complaints here.

Great floorplan

The living room furniture is not the same as the pictures. The couches were old and not comfortable at all. We also had issues with the elevators every day while we were there. There are two elevators for the building. A couple of times, both were down. Most of the time, one was down. Very aggravating. Hope they get that resolved soon. Other than that, the condo was nice. I love the floor plan and all rooms having beach views. Check in was super smooth.

2024 family vacation

Our tower only had 1 elevator for most of our stay- one day they were both down and we were staying on the 11th floor with an infant and 2 small children - that was a terrible experience- plus i have had a total hip replacement - and still have stair issues at times - our ac issue was fixed immediately, so that was fine. Overall we had an amazing vacation - minus the elevator issue

Condo was laid out nicely. I liked that the bedrooms were facing the ocean. Nice big balcony also. One drawback was access to either bathroom had to be through the bedrooms. If someone was sleeping in the living room on the hide-a-bed and needed to use the bathroom, they have to go through the bedroom. The property itself was showing some age. Some fresh paint and trim here and there would help. The pools and hot tubs were nice and clean. Overall I give Long Beach a B+. A few improvements would bring it up to an A.

We always rent nice condos, this one was clean on the inside, but the balcony had not been cleaned. The rug had food under the table, an old rusty chair folded up side of the wall, i thought someone had left it there before us ,terrible . The elevator area was very unclean . I would not rent here again because of the building up- keep . Our condo was good on the inside except for the balcony .

Photos on VRBO are not current. Furniture not as pictured. Mattresses on all beds may have been new a few years ago but all of them had big dips in the middle and were uncomfortable. Balcony furniture's very uncomfortable and not as pictured. Made it difficult to sit outside on the balcony to watch the sunset or sunrise.

Great condo in a great location!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Long Beach property. The location was perfect! Directly across the street from Walmart. A short beach walk to Pineapple Willy's. Far enough away from Paradise Pier that the traffic wasn't ridiculous and the beach crowds were very manageable. The Long Beach complex had nice gated parking lots (felt very safe) and the elevators were fast and efficient, no waiting. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. HUGE floor to ceiling windows with direct oceanfront views in every room. So much space to spread out! Laundry in the condo was a lifesaver. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies. The deck was a PERFECT place to drink a morning coffee and watch the beach come to life; or a nightcap to watch the evening crab hunters. Great communication from the owner - she easily took care of a few minor issues. Overall a great stay. Would say here again in PCB!

Not senior citizen friendly

The view was great and the place was clean. There were a couple of things that we didnā€™t realize. If you are a senior citizen you might think about not renting this one. The condo has 2 big round tubs one in each bathroom. There was no walk in shower. The side of the tub was about 2 feet or more high. I almost fell into it a time or two and I scraped my toes several times on the metal that runs across the top of the tub. The inside of the tub was kind of rough looking. There were no comfortable chairs to set on the balcony. Which I thought I saw in the picture and you need to bring your beach chairs because this one does not pay the fee for you to have the blue chairs on the beach.
