The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 2025, which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access is available at Tower 1 for all towers and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

There are two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental. The beach chairs are on the beach from March 01 through October 31, 2026. Instructions on how to access your beach chairs are posted in the condo.

During the month of March there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas. The City of Panama Beach restricts beach access from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily during March.

This beautiful 2-bedroom condo is located at the Long Beach Resort, Tower 3 on the 12th floor. The unit number is 1203. There are two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental. Parking is located in front of the tower.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The email with the door code is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo. There are (6) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

Long Beach Resort is well known for the best floor plans on the beach. The side by side living/dining area with wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows provides breath-taking views of the sugar white beaches and blue-green waters of the Gulf of America. Sliding glass doors open on to the spacious balcony, a perfect place to start and end the day.

The condo living area has a large sectional sofa where you can relax and read a book or watch the 55 inch wall mounted TV. The dining table seats six and there is additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new wood cabinets, upgraded appliances, and is well equipped for the chef in the family.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with new mattress and box springs in April 2024 and a small desk where you can set up your computer and take advantage of the free wireless Internet. The master suite has a new walk-in shower! The guest bedroom has 2 pillow top queen beds. Both bedrooms have private baths with double vanities and garden tubs. Both have door access to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig coffee maker.

As much as you will love this condo you came to enjoy the outdoors. A complimentary set of two beach chairs with umbrella is included in the rental. Long Beach Resort boasts one of the widest beach expanses in the area. Even in the peak of summer our beach never feels crowded.


If the pool is more to your liking spend your day beside the fabulous 6800 square foot Lagoon Pool complete with islands and waterfalls. The Lagoon Pool is located between Towers 2 and 3. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside. The resort has 2 additional pools and three hot tubs. The Polynesian Pools are located between Towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and are heated.

There are charcoal grills located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.


Long Beach Resort is a gated community with security patrol. The large parking lot is located adjacent to the buildings. No need to park across the street and walk. There is a covered portico for loading and unloading and an ample supply of luggage carts.
