Platinum Rated, Beach Front, Condo at Ocean Reef with Free Beach Chairs!

Our condo offers two Free Beach Chairs each day of your stay (seasonal March 15 to October 31).

You will notice a well-stocked kitchen that has been accommodated with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, eating utensils, glassware, china, and more. The dining area will seat eight comfortably with four at the dining table and four at the counter. The fully stocked kitchen along with the furnished dining area gives you the option of dining in for all your meals.

The living room is beautifully furnished. There is a sofa which converts into a queen-size bed, side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV and a DVD for entertainment.

From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized, private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!

The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, side furniture, lighting, drapery, and a flat-screen TV. The master suite also opens to the balcony where both the water and sounds of the beach can be seen and heard! Adjoining the master bedroom, there is an upgraded private bathroom with beautiful tile surrounds..

The guest bedroom is accommodated with a king bed and flat-screen TV (the guest bedroom photo shows a day bed which has been removed and is no longer available). There is also a private entrance to the second bathroom from the guest bedroom.

Occupancy Limit 6; No Pets; This is a No-Smoking Property, No Smoking on Balcony; Age 25 or Older to Book; All Strictly Enforced.

Great stay. Been looking for a place like this for years. Will stay here again. Ocean Reef condos are the largest I have seen. This one is nicely updated. Bed is comfortable. Wow. Large balcony a plus. Loved it. 3 large tvs. And again.,, thanks for the soft bed. Great stay.

The security was friendly as well. It was hard to park my Traverse in the parking spot provided though. Also, during busy season only two of the three elevators work so it's better to get to the beach early so you don't have to wait on an elevator. We had to take the stairs a few times and that was a long walk. I love the view from the condo and it was very clean.

Nice little last minute get away

Very clean condo with very comfy beds. A lot of others complained about the elevators, and although one was constantly down, we never had any problems. The parking deck is very tight as others have mentioned. Our Yukon was fine but anything bigger could def be an issue. We parked it and Uber’d when we got out simply because we didn’t want to navigate the deck. The condo is within walking distance of shops and several restaurants. We were very happy with this spot. A little ways down the beach was sooooooo crowded and while our beach was ‘peoply’ it was not body to body packed. The sea grass was pretty bad but cleared on our last day leaving the most beautiful water!! Def a great getaway!!! If you are on the fence about it….just go!!!!

Balcony was enormous with a lot of nice albeit well used furniture. Just enough wash cloths and towels for a couple days. Would definitely return to Ocean Reef.

Elevators were a nightmare- only one worked! And that one wasn’t stellar!!! Not enough bath linens- had to wash towels daily to take showers for 4 adults and a 2 and 5 yr old! Master shower door is backwards- shouldn’t exit at the toilet!!!!No drinking cups! Who only has glassware and half of it is not what you have pictured. Dishwasher wouldn’t start - hope it finally washed the dishes

A Little Piece of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have a new favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo, Ocean Reef unit 1608, was just amazing! It is very clean. The furniture is so nice. The beds were super comfortable and the bedding and linens were perfect. I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved the tike flooring throughout the condo, even on the huge balcony.The unit has a utility room with a full size washer and dryer. I hate taking home a lot of dirty laundry. This made it so convenient to get that done before we left. The kitchen counters are gorgeous! The stove and refrigerator works very well. The ice maker was very efficient. We were able to dump it up into the bin in the freezer and let it fill up again We were able to fill our cooler up from that before we headed home. You can stand at the sink and watch the waves and listen to them as you prepare food. The dishwasher took me a minute to figure out, but worked very well once I did.I loved the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The parking garage is super convenient and the elevators worked very efficiently. Security guards are very present and take their job seriously. This was a comfort. The beach was perfect. Very easy access from the bottom floor of the parking garage. The pools and hot tub were beautiful. I loved that it is a smoke-free property, including balconies, breezeway, parking garage, etc.The bathrooms were very nice and well-stocked with towels.The agent I dealt with, I think his name is Riley, was absolutely amazing! He helped us get booked on the same day I called him, as we were on our way. He personally went to the condo and made user our parking passes were there and that the unit was ready when we arrived. I can't say enough good things about him and his hospitality! Check in and check out were so easy. The guest portal was extremely helpful. This is the first time that I have stayed somewhere that I can't think of anything that was wrong. The location is perfe

Perfect! The first thing I noticed was the fresh scent at the elevators! We arrived a little early but we called and luckily our room was ready!
