Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal or to enjoy a snack. Gather around our dining table that seats six (highchair available if needed), or enjoy the outdoor patio furniture.

Master Bedroom:
King size bed with luscious pillow top mattress for extra comfort, nightstands, large closet with hangers, and en suite bathroom. Bathroom comes with single sink, and very large walk-in shower. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.

Bedroom 2:
Queen size bed with luscious pillow top mattresses for extra comfort, nightstands, large closet with hangers.

Bedroom 3:
Full size bunk beds and large closet with hangers. PacknPlay is available if needed.

Bathroom 2:
Bathroom comes with single sink and walk-in shower. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.

Living Room:
Wind down on our spacious oversized couch and enjoy a movie or watch sports on our 60in flat screen Smart TV with COX cable and high speed internet (up to 300mbps).

Laundry:
Don’t want to go home with dirty laundry? Don’t worry we provide a large capacity washer and full size dryer with complementary laundry soap and dryer sheets. Ironing board is available if needed.

Parking:
We provide a two car garage which can easily hold two smaller cars or one larger vehicle.

Pool/Hot Tub:
After a long day of enjoying the various activities please unwind and enjoy our beautiful sparkling pool and hot tub. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. Our pool season is from April 15th to October 10th (temps in pool range from 75-88 degrees in season). What that means is we don’t heat the pool and it generally gets pretty cool by late October. For your convenience, we can heat the pool for an additional charge for your entire length of stay. We indicate for your “entire” stay because we have to start heating it a few days before you get there as we heat the pool to a warm 83°. There is not an option for a partial stay heating of the pool.

Backyard:
Nicely landscaped backyard with two outdoor patio sets and BBQ grill. Enjoy the quiet Nevada sunsets with the cool breezes on our patio furniture and enjoy a refreshing Pale Ale or a crisp Pinot Grigio.

Security:
Safety is our number one priority! We offer a Yale door lock with touchscreen number pad, Nest outdoor security cameras, Carbon Monoxide alarm, Smoke alarms throughout the home, and a fire extinguisher is provided and available in the laundry room. We also have a first aid kit that is also stored in the laundry room.

Once you have booked and paid for your stay, then you will be notified with full access to our home rules and check-in/check-out instructions. Please read thoroughly and agree to all house rules before booking can be complete.

No parties or events are permissible!

Our home is in a nice, quiet, family oriented neighborhood and noise level will be kept to a minimum. Noise ordinance in Clark County is 10PM – 7AM and everyone in the home can be fined up to $250 each.
Violation of our rules will result in IMMEDIATELY vacating the property with no refund.

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home.

NO PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. We love our fur babies but understand that people can be highly allergic and according to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) is also considered a disability and so we ask that you leave your fur babies with a trusted family or friend. If you are traveling with your fur babies then we can recommend some amazing animal hotels in the Vegas area. Fines will be imposed at $50/day for anyone that has an animal staying at our home.
