Located on one of the most beautiful spots on the world famous Amsterdam canals this newly renovated and newly furnished apartment has all you need for a truly wonderful and luxurious Amsterdam stay. Located in a monumental Amsterdam building.
In the city center, close to the Central Station, the shops, restaurants, cafe's of the '9 straatjes', the Royal Palace, the Damsquare and all the other wonderful shops, sights, restaurants and cafe's of Amsterdam.
Yet quiet and with an absolutely unique view. Walk everywhere, rent an electric boat, take a canal cruise and enjoy yourself.

At one of the most beautiful spots on the canals, we can offer you this newly renovated and newly furnished apartment in a unique Amsterdam monumental building.
Close to the new metro line 52 on Damsquare, the Royal Palace that will take you to the south part of the city within 6 minutes. There you will find the Museumsquare.

This apartment is centrally located and yet quiet and with a stunning view.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Through the large common hall you can take the broad stairs to the entrance door of your spacious apartment. There is an elevator as well if you so prefer. There is a communal courtyard downstairs that you can enjoy

Apartment layout:
You enter an L-shaped corridor that gives access to all rooms. Enter the large living room with a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace and beautiful dining table with lots of space. The kitchen island in the back of the living room is equipped with all modern cooking appliances. The four large windows at the front of the living room give a beautiful view over the Singel. One of the 4 world heritage canals of Amsterdam.
From the hallway you have access to a small bedroom and the master bedroom with lots of cupboard space and a view of the communal courtyard. At the end of the corridor is the separate toilet. The large bathroom has a deluxe bathtub, walk-in shower with rain and hand shower and a double vanity.
You are most welcome here to fully enjoy our unique city.

Beautiful, Sunny Apartment

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment. It is sparkling clean, nicely decorated and in a quiet, central location. Barbara is a very attentive host. She is easy too reach and very accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Apartment Highly Recommend

This was a beautiful apartment with a high level of decor and comfortability. The views of the canal are the best in Amsterdam, we spent endless nights sitting on the window sill watching the boats go past. Washing machine and dryer made life so easy whilst travelling. The kitchen was well stocked and the apartment is in walking distance to the train station and Joordan and all Amsterdam has to offer. Make sure you book this apartment as you will love it!

Beautiful Amsterdam apartment

very lovely apartment in Jordaan. Centrally located, close to city center, trams, tourist sites. Many restaurants and cafes close. Well equipped kitchen. Typical European "queen" sized bed. We happened to hit a tremendous heat wave while there, temps 95F (35C) and the apartment was very hot. However, this is not the fault of the owner-few Amsterdam apartments have AC as it is almost never needed. Check in was very easy, they were nice enough to let us check in early in the morning after our overnight flight. Provided us with a nice bottle of cava. Laundry and dryer worked great. Beautiful view of the canal with huge apartment length windows. Overall a great place to stay in Amsterdam

Heaven in the heart of Amsterdam!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this canal apartment and give it our highest recommendation. This was our first two week vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The unit is on a block that has about everything we needed for convenience such as a great espresso shop, breakfast restaurant, old time Pub with canal seats, a famous cafe, a bakery, and great shopping. We walked everywhere including the Anne Frank house, Nine Streets, Dam Square, plus it is only 2 minute walk to the tram, and about a 12 minute walk to Central Station. The area is bustling with activities in the day time and turns to a quite chalet in the evening. The unit itself has a good kitchen with everything we needed to cook, and the grocery store is only a 7 minute walk away. The layout was very efficient with two sections: the main living area, and then a door to the bedroom hall which could be kept quite for late sleeping in. One of our favorite memories is the four large windows overlooking the canal, we sat on the bench with the windows open and watched the boats cruising the waters, all the bikes and people passing up and down the block, and loved the fresh cool breeze. It was like a special attraction all in itself. We were greeted exceptionally well and given full instructions on how to operate the apartment utilities. For the two week stay, the washer and dryer was very handy! Also, the apartment had a Sonos stereo system and we streamed music which was great. The bathroom has a great euro shower and bath tub with plenty of room. The master bedroom had plenty of storage for our clothes and the bed was comfortable. The back bedroom windows overlooked a patio which had a pond with Koi. One thing we appreciated was that the building had an elevator which was excellent for our luggage and at the end of a long day in the city, those traditional stairways are steep! The security system for the entrance was solid and we felt safe with no concerns. We had a fantastic time in Amsterdam and especially because of this wonderful apartment, it makes such a huge difference to have a great place to stay. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Wonderful experience, amazing views!

After an overnight flight from the U.S, all we wanted to do was wash our face, get into some comfortable clothes and drink a bit of coffee. By renting this apartment we were able to this right away (instead of sitting in a hotel lobby waiting for our room to be ready). Unlike many apartment rentals, the local hostess stocked the panty with a sampling of pods for the Nespresso machine and authentic Dutch coffee milk. Not only did she leave us armed with a list of must-taste local delicacies, but she checked in with us throughout the week to make sure we had what we needed. The location was perfect with many restaurants nearby. One whole wall of windows overlooked the Singel canal. While we used the kitchen exclusively for breakfast and afternoon snacks, it would be easy to cook a more elaborate meal here, as it is well stocked with dishes, glassware and select cookware. The neighbors were incredibly quiet and in the rare case when we saw someone in the well-appointed hallway, friendly. Once we ventured out, the location was ideal for exploring all areas of the city by foot, including some of our favorite stops: the somber Anne Frank House in the Jordaan, the bustling Central Station area, and the not-to-be-missed Amstelkring House in the Red Light District for a hidden church.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

The views from the living room were beautiful. We loved the neighborhood (easy to walk to the major sights, close to the tram system). The rooms were very clean, furnishings were great and there was plenty of space for our family of four to relax.
