Step inside and be greeted by bright, playful décor in soothing shades of blue and green. The first floor features a fully equipped galley kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining area with windows spanning the length of the room for stunning lake views, and a cozy living room with a decorative stone fireplace and flat-screen TV. A first-floor bedroom sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed, double bed, and twin trundle, and a full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer lake views and share a second full bathroom, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. Every room is designed with comfort in mind so you can truly feel at home while enjoying the lakeside setting.

Outside is where the fun really begins. The patio and large lakefront yard provide the perfect setting for grilling, dining al fresco, or relaxing while watching the water sparkle. Take a dip from the dock, try your hand at fishing, or gather around the firepit in the evening for s'mores under the stars. With 150 feet of natural lake frontage, there's plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying all the water has to offer.

Just a short drive brings you to scenic Canandaigua, where you can stroll the historic downtown, visit Kershaw Park or the City Pier, or enjoy local dining and shopping. Wine and culinary enthusiasts will love exploring the nearby wineries and the New York Wine & Culinary Center, while those seeking outdoor adventures can rent a boat or paddle along the lake's peaceful shoreline.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
