Two Darling Finger Lakes Region Cottages On The Shores of Canandaigua Lake Ny.

On the shores of Canandaigua Lake New York, in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country, sits two darling cottages with 50' feet of level lakeside frontage. A dock, Shore Station boat hoist, , and parking for 4 to 5 cars is included.

Location: East Lake Road, two miles from town, shopping, water park, and CMAC, the area's premier performing arts center. Look for CMAC web site for summer performances.

Cottage 1
50' of level lakeside frontage, big yard with great views down the lake, north and south. It has two bedrooms (queen, two singles, living room, bathroom, eat in kitchen, enclosed screened porch. It is fully furnished with cable/high-speed internet, washer and dryer, a microwave, dishwasher, 42' flat screen, cable TV and only two miles from major shopping, water park, movie theater, the performing arts center and Wegman's supermarket.

Directly behind cottage #1 it has two bedrooms (one queen, two singles), living room, full bath, kitchen, enclosed screened porch, fully furnished and includes a microwave, cable, and Flat screen TV.

Fall Season Highlights
During the fall off-season enjoy regional winery harvests and tasting tours, the fantastic autumn colors across the area, and outdoor adventure trails and local events. Please note, in off season after Labor Day till mid Oct. we will rent just the one main cottage instead of two if so desired. The rent will be adjusted to reflect a major savings. Limited to 4 people. This also applies to May rentals up to Memorial Day.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as shown in the picturesā€”clean, comfortable, and perfect for two families. The setup made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. The kids especially loved the beach area, which was a definite highlight. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Great cottage stay!

We had a great long weekend staying at the cottages with a group of friends in town for a wedding. Mike and Toni made sure everything was perfect for our stay and the house had everything we needed. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed spending lots of time by the water and on the dock! We loved the decor and homey feel of every room!

Anniversary at the Lakehouse

My husband and I spent 5 days at this charming lake house for our anniversary. We found the place to be very clean and orderly. We felt the owners had provided everything we could possible need to make our stay pleasant and care-free. The owner was very friendly and great to work with. He checked in on us at the beginning of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was amazing! The lake is gorgeous and the lake house is located about 3 miles from Wegmans grocery store. We loved sitting at the table on the porch in the morning looking at the lake while drinking our coffee. The sunsets at night were spectacular! We would highly recommend this lake house for your next getaway!

Beautiful week at the lake

We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and well kept and the owners are so kind. They even brought over homemade banana bread. The lake was warm and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Canandaigua Lake

We had a great time, Canandaigua is a beautiful lake! The 2 cottages were the perfect setup for our family. The cottages and property are clean and well maintained. The back cottage is just off the road so there is road noise but the front cottage has a beautiful lake view. The owner lives right next door so if you need anything they are close. Awesome fireworks show by the neighbors on the 4th!

Weekend at the lakehouse

It was all I expected it to be. Lovely place to visit with family, lots of room both inside and out. Sunset on the lake was gorgeous. Will do again. Mike, was a pleasant host, just a phone call away if needed.

Great location!

The cottages are quaint and just perfect for relaxing. The waterfront lot is flat and all set up if you want to read under the trees, sit around the fire or sit on the dock. The host couldnā€™t be more accommodating and youā€™re within a few miles of lakefront trail, village and Wegmans! Wonderful stay!

Wonderful Family Lake Vacation

We could not be happier with our stay. The two cottages are absolutely adorable ā€” perfect for a family stay. The appointments are comfortable, the decor totally on point for a lake house, and they are stocked with everything you need ā€” and if there are things you want, Wegmans, Walmart, and Big Lots are 5 minutes away. The owners and manager treat the property with love, and are available for any questions you might have. Easily a Five Star review. We loved our stay and canā€™t wait to come back.

This was a great place to stay. There were four of us girlfriends and we thought we need both cottages but we only ended up needing the one. Beautiful view, cozy cottage and fully equipped. Great place to stay ā¤ļø

Cozy and classic cottages

We loved our stay on Canandaigua Lake. These were very cute cottages, cozy with and decorated with classic lake memorabilia. Both cottages have a nice enclosed porch with comfy chairs, tables and a view of the lake. The location is just a short drive into Canandaigua and an easy drive to all attractions, although the road is pretty busy. Our favorite part of the property was the large flat lawn with a fire pit by the water where we could make s'mores and watch the sunset.

Wonderful Cottages & Hosts

Our extended family returned to the cottages for a Family Reunion. Mike and Toni provided everything we needed and more! The cottages, dock, chairs, beach area and water were all well set up and well used. Mike and Toni thought of so many things and helped out when the unexpected happened: They hooked up one cottage to their generator when a storm knocked out power for 24 hours. They were very prepared and responsive hosts. We highly recommend the Sunset Cove cottages for a wonderful lake vacation!

Wonderful stay

Sunset Cove was perfect for us. The two cozy cottages were stocked with everything we needed for our week in Canandaigua. Our two children (young adults) were there for a few days and stayed in one cottage while we were in the other. It was nice to have them so close, yet we both had our privacy. Our parents and friends visited too. It was a great place to sit back and watch the waves, sunsets, and make memories.

Perfect for family

My husband, daughter, son in law, and 2 grandchildren just finished our stay for a week. It was great. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Beautiful setting looking at lake and watching the boats. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Mike and Toni are wonderful!

Fall getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the cottages, the lakeside cottage has a beautiful view of the lake. The roadside cottage, is. literally, right ona busy road. This was an off time of the year, and no one slept in the front bedroom, so the road noise wasn't a problem, but, in season, it could be. Parking is challenging as well on this busy road. Units were quaint. bedrooms are small and tight for 2 people in the roadside cottage. but, we managed. Could use a little more attention to cleaning. When we opened the windows. you could tell they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Michael was a pleasure to work with, and gave us numerous suggestions for hiking and dining options in the area.
