A Beautiful, Fully Furnished Log Cabin Overlooking Keuka Lake

Nestled in the hills above Keuka Lake, "A Beautiful Place" is an 1,100 square foot, all-season Log Cabin. This fully furnished cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and is located on six acres overlooking the lake just two miles from the rural village of Penn Yan, NY. You are only minutes away from Keuka College, Keuka State Park, several terrific restaurants and many of the Finger Lakes' award-winning wineries. On the other side of the lake you'll find the Penn Yan Airport and a challenging 18 hole golf course. Sunrises over Keuka Lake are really special, so "A Beautiful Place" is great for a romantic weekend getaway for two. It's also perfect lodging for a wine tasting or ski trip, or a fun family vacation!

Note: We do not provide linens for the beds or towels for the bath. Kitchen towels are provided. If you need assistance with renting these amenities, please let us know.

This is our second year renting this cabin in December. The location is perfect and the cabin is lovely. It would have been nice if there was some seasonal decor so that it felt like the holidays (last year there was some garland, a few christmas items and a pointsettia on the table), but in general it was another perfect stay.

We beyond enjoyed our time in the cabin. It is exactly what we needed. Literally relaxed, watch movies, played card and video games and just enjoyed the sound of nature. Our furry ones enjoyed the space to run.

We absolutely love this cabin. This was our second stay and we couldn't think of staying anywhere else. The host (Tricia) is wonderful to work with. The cleaning staff did a great job preparing for our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Beautiful & clean home with a view of the lake! It is in a quiet, private location just a short drive away from the wineries. It was pet friendly. Our dogs enjoyed running around in the fenced in area of the yard.

This cabin was serene. The land is beautiful and deer graze in the back every day. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit on the deck which overlooks the lake and have coffee in the morning and wine at night. The location is a little off the beaten path, but itā€™s close to Seneca farms, wineries and downtown Penn Yan.

We keep coming back to this beautiful log cabin and the view. Fully equipped with everything you need. Our dogs love their walks every morning in the neighborhood!! The location is close to everything from kayaking, shopping, wineries and breweries! Thank you again we had a wonderful time!!

Absolutely beautiful! The house was spotless and had everything you might need. Traveled to the area for a wedding at the Mansion at Keuka Lake (with the rehearsal at Abandon Brewery) and this house was extremely convenient to both places, yet perfectly secluded. Our dogs had their own little private vacation running and sprawling out in the fenced in yard ā€¦ they loved it. Donā€™t think twice, itā€™s great.

The cabin is owned by Ed (father), Tricia (daughter) and Kara (daughter). Ed, who has sold and built log cabins for over 40 years, built this cabin for a client in the late 80's. When that person decided to move, the family decided to purchase the cabin as a rental property.

This is a great, year-round rental in the beautiful Finger Lakes on Upstate NY. The location is very quiet and peaceful, but you are not far from numerous activities if you choose to pursue them.
