The in-home washer and dryer make handling any laundry a breeze. Conveniently located, this condo is just a short stroll to the community pool and a brief walk to the beach.

Located beachside at SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, Tivoli is a quaint neighborhood with spacious condominiums featuring screened porches overlooking the Baytowne Golf Club and just a short walk to the beach, pool and community basketball court.

This community features spacious community pool, parking directly in front of condos, curbside trash pickup, within walking distance to the beach. *Please note that there is an additional $250 fee for a one pet and $350 fee for two pets.

Tivoli is also conveniently located close to some of the best amenities on the resort like the white sand beaches and The Market Shops and steps from the community pool. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs. Please note one vehicle permitted per unit.
