Welcome to “ La Vida Loca”

Come enjoy this gorgeous and newly remodeled beach condo at Emerald Waters!

This awesome first-floor condo on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is only 75 steps to the beach, 25 steps to the pool and spa. Close restaurants like Pompano Joes, the Whales Tail and great spots for morning coffee are within easy walking distance.

This beautifully furnished and decorated 2BR/2BA condo has gated beach access for Emerald Waters residents and guests only. A bedroom pictured here is what one of the 2 bedrooms will look like and includes custom built bunk beds!!

The host is very nice and the condo is super cute! We loved the use of beach items and how close it is to the beach. The condo was very spacious which was nice and we loved that we could bring our dog. Pool was small and crowded but to be expected during summer time. Only cons were the ice maker not working but host offered to call and help and the back door was really hard to open and close.

Everything was as described, great condo in a great walkable location. The pool was steps away and so warm, perfect for a November getaway!

Perfect area

The condo was a perfect location. Not too crowded & could walk easily in the area. The pool & the private beach access wasn’t overly crowded. We had everything we needed for our stay. Would come again

Christmas stay

My spouse and the pups stayed for a week over Christmas. We were thankful they allowed pets! The place was clean, it had all the basics and checkin/out was easy. Location was easy to get to the beach and within walking to the boardwalk and restaurant. The pool and hot tub were close to room.Only drawback for some might be the lack of a view. It was fine for us as we had the pups and it was easy to take them out with it being ground floor.

Awesome, relaxing, perfect getaway

I absolutely loved my stay here. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was close by, and almost never busy. The ocean walk wasn't bad at all. I've stayed on the beach and had to walk farther. It was an easy walk to the beach. I will definitely book this again. Kids bedroom was so cool. Our master-sweet was perfect.

Spring break with family

Great location for anything you need. Access to the beach is simple. The pool is clean. The bunk room is deceiving BIG. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This condo was the perfect size for our group and beach access was great. The only problem that we had is that the bed in the master is ROCK HARD. We will definately rent again if the mattress is replaced with something more comfortable.

Fantastic property

My wife and I stayed for the week. Condo was perfect. Location is great just a few steps from the beach. Communication with the owners was solid. We will be back!

Excellent stay and hosts!

The condo was nearly perfect! It was recently renovated and very clean. Very comfortable and a great location, too. 25-30 steps to the pool and right across the street from the beach! Bert and Dave are exceptionally responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic condo!

We enjoyed our stay at La Vida Loca so much. This was our family’s 1st trip to this area of Florida. Bunk room was perfect for our 3 boys. The cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Decor is updated and so nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location to the pool and beach access was fantastic. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Wonderful communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2025

We recently stayed at this condo during our spring break. The area and location itself was really good except my husband is in a wheelchair and it was not very accessible for him to go to the beach. Everything has steps and stairs so we had to drive down to the public beach area for a wheelchair access Which is not walking distance.. although entering the condo, it was successful for my husband the shower was difficult for him to get into in the master bed was very high so we ended up staying in the second bedroom.Property management was easy to contact, but our overall stay was not very good due to the difficulty for my husband.

Excellent Miramar Beach stay

Miramar beach was amazing. The condo was awesome. Super clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and things for the kids. We added 2 umbrellas for the next guests. The owners were great and accommodating. They communicated perfectly through our whole stay. I will definitely be contacting them again for future stays. Five stars.

Vacation Rental 2024

5-Star Stay ***** This condo was incredible! Just as pictured. Spacious and clean! 2 king size beds were very comfortable and all the amenities were perfect. 1 minute walk to a private beach. My family was super impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the condo. Definitely looking forward to staying again in this condo. Why look somewhere else! Owners were very accommodating, informative, and communicated great when asked questions.

Wonderful Updated Condo, GREAT Location, **1st Floor**

We had the best time staying here two weeks for Spring Break and will most definitely be back! The owners are extremely nice and if you need anything the response time is great. This condo is on the first floor which we loved that convenience when having to carry our luggage and take our dogs in and out. It has a cute little outdoor patio with 4 chairs and a small table, far enough from the pool but still able to see people swimming. You can't access the pool from the back patio but the entrance is right around the corner from your front door. The charcoal grills as well as an area to take your pet to the restroom is not far from your door. This place is completely updated top to bottom, the entire condo is cute, cozy, and set up well. The sectional and beds were all comfortable. The bunk room is probably my favorite part of the entire place, each bunk has it's own light and two outlets as well as the big bed underneath. Both bathrooms are really nice but we loved the master shower with the rainfall shower head! There is a pet gate stored in the master bedroom closet to keep your dog contained within parts of the condo when you leave if you need it. (We used it by the main entrance and was helpful!) Also there is a little dog and water bowl that you can use instead of bringing your own as well as a few puzzles in the cabinet under the tv in the living room for the rainy days. The private beach access is 2 minutes away with a 3 way stop in which the cars are pleasant with stopping and allowing you to walk past. One thing I would recommend is not bringing a beach wagon, the beach access has two sets of steps which makes it difficult to maneuver your wagon up and down. Unless you have people to help carry the front and back of it, it is hard. There is two beach chairs supplied at the condo to use but they do offer umbrella and beach chair rentals on the beach. Alvin's Island is right across the street and Pompano Joe's is within walking distance. Publix, Walmart, and all of the shops are only 10 minutes away. The location of this condo was really great for all of the things. The owners did an excellent job with the remodel and have thought of everything. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

The condo was everything we thought and more! Very clean, great location. Less than 3 minutes to the beach. Owners checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. Five stars definitely!

Awesome stay, great location!

The condo was nice and spacious for the three of us and the bunk room was awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped and the furnishings throughout were nice and comfortable. The first floor location made it easy for us to get to the pool and beach without having to take stairs or the elevator. The pool wasn’t that big, but was adequate for the amount of people staying in the complex. Road noise can be loud late at night, so I’d recommend bringing a sound machine to cover up the sounds if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with the hosts was always prompt and Roberto was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

It only made sense to buy a place down here and share with others the experience of "the beach life". Dave and I have been best buds for years and we couldn't wait to make the moves to make this happen. We hope you enjoy as much as we do and fall in love with the area and condo the same way we did.
